Good facilities. Walk in to Charmouth. Handy on site shop. Good dog walk.

Arrived on a Sunday lunchtime & were allocated a pitch. The pitch was still occupied - so went back to reception & were told to pitch in any vacant pitch & report back the pitch number. We were then told they would have to check whether the pitch was free & if not we might have to move. So not a good start & seemed to be total chaos on a Sunday lunchtime.
Cleanliness of facilities was ok but could be better.

We were in club watching football and they came round and said bar was shut just before 10.00pm have never known this before on any site

Large pitch area was great, spacious, clean park with good facilities. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. Bar area was nice. Dog friendly which is great and in a lovely location. We really enjoyed our stay!

Payment for the swimming pool, indoor and out. I feel there could be something in place where the park covers costs but also the pool utilised by residents at a reduce cost, during quiet periods. Toilets at the top of the park are very clean but could do with a little upgrade to match the ones at the main complex building. Food was ok but for the price not fantastic. I feel more people would eat there if it wasn’t pre prepared frozen food.

Clean and very good service from staff and facilities spot on.

The site ,very easy journey from midlands ,toilets and showers nice and close ,water and toilet emptying very close,lovely views nice staff.

Very well maintained site with clean facilities, swimming pool, bar... all you need for holiday with kids

Kids jumping into swimming indoors, packed, basically you can just float in one place, which you can do at home in your own bath without someone splashing chloride water in your face

Best site I’ve been to good value for money. Really lovely site. Facilities were spotless. Showers were warm. Check in was really easy & staff were helpful and friendly. Both pools were excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

Food in ‘clubhouse’ was quite expensive. Was charged £3 for one slice of toast and jam. Seemed odd as wherever you go younger 2 slices of toast at least.

Relaxed atmosphere, location, facilities, play area, Wi-Fi, weather!

Pitches close together, toilets didn’t flush very well, had to pay extra for
Swimming pool, road was noisy.

It was a good site. Facilities were really clean. Staff were very helpful and remembered who we were.
