The swimming pool was great and easy to book with the app. Our eldest loved the gym and the younger ones loved the soft play and parks.
There were plenty of bins, easy access to drinking water, a large washing up area, laundry, plenty of toilets and showers all within easy reach of our tent pitch.
The site was clean and well maintained.
The proximity to Charmouth beach was brilliant and an easy walk.N'a pas aimé : We were encouraged to ‘shop local’ however the onsite shop didn’t really stock enough to feed our larger family for a week and was limited in its offering.
The washing up sinks didn’t have plugs, which presented us with a problem as we hadn’t take a plug or washing up bowl with us!

As we were only there for 2 nights, we didn’t use any other facilities except the shop for milk. It appeared to be well stocked.N'a pas aimé : We disliked the cleanliness of the showers/toilets. These were very dated, and although we saw the cleaners in them in the morning, it wasn’t thorough cleaning, just a wipe over. The loos did not appear to be checked over during the day which they definitely needed. We were there for only 2 nights, half way through September. I dread to think what they would be like in peak season. The wash-up area (3 sinks) appeared not to be cleaned during our stay.

Club house with entertainment and arcade, a nice size playground for the kids to let off steam, indoor/ outdoor swimming pool which sadly we ran out of time to be able to use as we prioritised exploring the area.Toilet block/showers washing up area all close by. It's located in an amazing location where you can find lots of things to do locally. We spent most of our time at different local beaches as the weather was beautiful. And fossil hunting with our dinosaur mad son.

Our pitch was on an over spill field that was very sloped which meant we all were sleeping at the bottom of the bed curled up in a ball by morning.
