A aimé Nice clean area dog walking area through forset next to camp.

N'a pas aimé Drive up to pitch is very bumpy ie holes. Not good on tyres. Bathrooms weren't cleaned everyday .

A aimé Very quiet when we were there. Easy access to dog walk which was very helpful for us travelling with 2 dogs. Small on site shop for necessities.
Facilities were clean and the shower was good.

N'a pas aimé One shower and one toilet were permanently closed, we assume as the site wasn't very busy, which was only a problem once when we had to wait for the shower. Otherwise all good.

A aimé The pod design makes good use of space: we liked that the bedroom is separate from the kitchen and there’s a small seating area and breakfast table. Good to have a microwave, kettle and toaster.
Site is situated in a quiet area but not far from the road to go elsewhere.

N'a pas aimé The shower flow was quite weak, with the temperature fluctuating a lot.
Could do with a small air fryer.

A aimé Spacious pitches with ehu and water taps. Beautiful site. Great toilets and showers. Really cute bbq hut for hire (£15) owner and son absolutely lovely.

A aimé Lovely quiet site, with a view over to Spey Bay on a nice day. Good base to explore the surrounding area with our car

No fault of owners and wouldn't be a problem in dry months, though due to the amount of rain since new year, the ground around the area was very soggy. The road to the pitches is very narrow, so grass around the 3 pitches that were in use at the time, were all churned up with trying to get reversed into/drive out of the pitch space.
Similarly what would be a pretty walk to the bridge, and further, was very wet and soggy ground.

N'a pas aimé Again I think this problem was no fault of owners, but due to the very wet and cold weather we've had. The toilet and shower floors were wet, with condensation. It may have been advisable since site so quiet with very few people, to open the doors and get fresh air in to help dry them out.

We do have paths all around the site to use for walking to/from the toilet block and reception areas to avoid walking on the grass when it is wet. The bridge is not on our land so unfortunately nothing we can do about this and due to it being in a woodland it is naturally going to be wet and soggy in poor weather.

The mop in the shower block is only there for mopping up wet areas on the floor caused by showering, unsure why it was covered in hairs as it is cleaned regularly and the shower block cleaned on a regular basis also. We have also tried leaving the door open to help with the condensation previously, but again in the cold damp weather this does not work.
