A aimé A fantastic campsite with everything you need for an amazing camping experience. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and the showers and toilets are impeccably clean.

N'a pas aimé The communal area could be closer to the campsite itself, as Wi-Fi is only available in the communal area.

Whilst we can't help the location of the shop in relation to the campsite we do have plans afoot for new seating areas and an improved wifi network for next year so hopefully this will go some way to meeting your suggestions.

A aimé A fantastic place, has everything you need for a quiet relaxing break. Love The Orchard for the dogs, lovely having electric and water on the pitch, large area for each pitch. Showers and toilets cleaned rwgularly. Superb set up.

N'a pas aimé Would be nice to have a covered area where the seating is in case of inclement weather.
But nothing like law needed.

A aimé Brilliant location for a couple of days of doing nothing.
The whole site was clean, tidy, and peaceful.
Staff were so friendly.
Lovely little closed in orchard to let the dog have a run and a play with fallen apples.

N'a pas aimé Only downside for us, was how close the pitches were, but this won't stop us from returning.

A aimé What an amazing place to stay. Fantastic friendly welcome. Facilities were immaculate. Close to many places to visit. Large pitches. The owners are so very helpful & understanding. We weren't happy in pitch 3 due to the neighbouring campers, so we enquired if we could move & without any problems we were moved to another private pitch, which was brilliant. We enjoyed our stay so much we booked an extra night. We will definitely be back to stay.

Réponse du gestionnaire : Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are very fortunate with our location and do enjoy sharing it with our guests.
We have 4 showers and a total of 7 toilets and rarely have a queue for use of these. Thank you for your suggestions of a separate hair-drying area, we will certainly consider that in our thoughts for improvements for coming seasons.

A aimé We really enjoyed our trip on this site, and not juat because of the lack of children. Our tent pitch was a great size and with power and water there without any traipsing needed. The wash up, freezer, shower and toilet block were clean and comfortable (we recommend the cubicles without the shower curtains and with the squeedgee). The site is in a really lively and quiet part of Dorset, and the tiny country lanes can be fun when not daunting. I would definitely not recommend trying to walk on these lanes to a local pub or eatery due to safety, either drive or book a local taxi ahead of time. The site office has taxi numbers and we're very helpful.

Most of the local taxi firms know Pineapple well now and are more than willing to take guests in to town or out to the more remote country pubs.

A aimé We stayed for five nights on one of the honeysuckle pitches which were a good size for our 6m tent and car, with electric and its own water supply (really handy).
The shop/reception staff are very friendly and welcoming and always greet you with a smile.
The site is quiet and peaceful in a beautiful rural location with views of the Dorset countryside, well kept and clean with nice walks and well stocked shop where you can also enjoy a bacon sandwich and tea.
The toilets and showers were clean and with plenty of hot water with the ladies toilet having a hairdryer.
Thank to all the staff of pineapple estates we hope to return very soon.
