Freshwater Beach Holiday Park

A aimé We enjoyed the facilities they had a great selection to do, pools, bowling and great evening entertainment, the beach and surrounding areas are beautiful.
Security provided a good presence so felt very safe.

N'a pas aimé We found the sea gulls a bit of a pain but nothing could be done about them, we had to keep our tent zipped up! Learnt the hard way, found the WiFi to be extremely slow but we managed to get 5G signal so not a real problem.

A aimé The site facilities were clean and the pitches were a good size. pools were great. We enjoyed the food in the on site restaurant too and the portions were generous

N'a pas aimé The barrier to get into the campsite did not work for us, apparently this was because of our number plate being reflective? This meant we had to go to reception every time we came back to the site to be let in. This was not great especially with a queue of people trying to get in behind us and not being able to move. This definitely needs looking into and barriers updating!

A aimé Very clean facilities, plenty of rubbish bins and chemical loo points. Pitches well marked out. Bar and restaurant available. During the week it was nice and quiet, noisy and crowded at weekend. The staff were friendly and helpful and we were able to extend our leaving time. The site, although huge, was kept very clean and tidy. Private beach and cliff walks and plenty of entertainment available especially for children.

N'a pas aimé Proximity to neighbours. Site was very large. No independent pubs/restaurants within safe walking distance (lack of footpaths) outside the park.

A aimé Perfect location. The site and facilities were spotless and staff were very frendly and welcoming. We'll definately be back. Enough said. :)

A aimé Right on the beach, with plenty of nice walks around the area.
Clean and tidy site.
Very friendly staff.

N'a pas aimé Booking of swimming was a bit complicated but managed to book in the end.
