A aimé We loved the Small sand pit and the River to paddle in. The farm animals, chickens and Sheep kept us entertained.

A aimé Football goal and badminton net.
River playing area.
Fridge/freezer and charging station.
Great pitches that have been carefully laid out, and well maintained surroundings.
Feeding the sheep.
Lovely owners who have put their heart and sole into the place.

A aimé Little play area for the kids. Little stream and sand pit. Football nets. Sheep and chickens, fresh eggs available for small fee. Toilets clean and washing up area good.
Good size pitches and felt very private. You can park by pitch to unload.

N'a pas aimé If you stay in the corner by the steam. When someone flushes the toilet you get an eggy unpleasant smell.

A aimé Such a wonderful little camp site. The grounds are well kept with nature and wildlife in mind. The children loved choosing the camping pitch, and it was really helpful to be able to drive down to drop off the camping equipment before parking the car away from the tent. There are also pitches you can keep your car next to the tent in the other field. The children loved being able to feed the sheep and play badminton and football with the other children at the camp site in the designated play areas. The toilets were clean and well kept and the washing up area had hot water. The fridge/freezer was also a bonus to refreeze cooler blocks. Chris and his family were around for any questions and they gave us some great recommendations for days out and places to eat. We had a great 4 days and have already recommended the site to our friends. Thank you for a lovely stay.

A aimé The campsite was fantastic, great clean facilities with kids play activities on site too. We enjoyed having a fire-pit allowing the kids to toast marshmallows in the evenings!

The kids got to feed the sheep which was an extra treat!

A aimé Had a great couple of nights here. Facilities were clean throughout, kids had plenty to keep them occupied all enjoying the park, games area and river beach. Our daughter had a great time and loved bottle feeding the lambs. The fridge freezer, charging facility and WiFi were all an excellent touch. Would definitely recommend and we will visit again soon.

A aimé Our second visit and we hope to return next year. This is a fantastic campsite with such friendly owners. They even let the children help to bottle feed the lambs each morning and evening, which was lovely. The pitches are beautifully spaced with wild meadow between each. It felt very safe for the children to go and play in the playground and generally around the site. Lots of space for them to explore. Good toilet and shower facilities. Lovely, quiet and peaceful.

A aimé Great campsite, super friendly and accommodating hosts. Hard to fault really! The 'beach' and river were great, and our teenage kids loved the games tent, volleyball and football goal. We loved being next to the sheep and chickens too, and seeing them fed each day was cute. There were plenty of places to visit nearby and Chris was never short of ideas and recommendations. Top site!
