A aimé : What a great little site, so pleased that we found it! We will definitely be returning. Welcomed by Sarah and guided to a small well kept field to one of about 10 large and serviced pitches. Small toilet and wash/shower room but clean and had everything you need and a few nice and thoughtful extras, these included washing up area, microwave, kettle, washing machines etc. the site also has a super cute little shop for all the essentials you might need that you have either run out of or may have forgotten, you pay into a honesty box for the items you use. The site has access to the pub (with its own touring site) next door and sits just back from Stithians reservoir, which has a large water sports centre and cafe. The location is central to the west of Cornwall, which means you can watch the weather forecasts and then easily get to wherever the sun is and the rain isn’t! Be that South, North or West coast, all within a 30 minute leisurely drive. I don’t want to shout to loudly about this site as it really is a hidden gem, and we selfishly want to be able to book again without it getting too crowded or expensive. For us it was perfect. Thank you and very much hope to be back soon.

A aimé : This little site is a gem, a hide away from the huddle and bustle. Really clean loos and showers, washing up facilities and a washer and dryer. The little honesty shop is great if you have forgotten any essential, the pub is next door too.

A aimé : Very good, quiet, the lake is very beautiful, you can visit the most beautiful places in the area, I recommend it to friends, we will come back next year

A aimé : Site is clean, quiet and away from main roads. Points of interest in the area next to stithians lake and golden lion pub. Owner very welcoming.

A aimé : Quiet friendly site. Amenities clean and tidy. Pub next door , situated right next to the lake. Small shop on site very good idea.

A aimé : Was a great campsite!! Liked the little shop, laundry facilities and great prices! But my most favourite of all was DAVE 😍😍🐷 she is the loveliest biggest piggy I’ve ever seen! Had a lovely stay and the owners were great as well. We took a nice walk around Stithians reservoir as it is right beside the campsite. Highly recommend this site!!

N'a pas aimé: Self check in with out info pack, so we had no wifi, but 4G was very good onsight. Went away for a day came back with somone else parked in our pitch even though we left our hook up lead across our pitch ? We would stay again as our first stay last year was faultless

A aimé : Nice and quiet and centralised position as most places we visited were less than 10 miles away

A aimé : This is a small, friendly site. It was peaceful on site, but well located for nearby activities. Sarah was an excellent hostess, friendly & approachable. The pod was cosy, clean & well kitted out. The pub next-door was also great, with wonderful food & staff. We had a lovely weekend break & would definitely recommend the site.

N'a pas aimé: The sofa bed was very uncomfortable, so we got an airbed for the second night.
