A aimé This park is lovely just everything you want , clubhouse food is excellent apart from
New Year’s Day , carvery was no where near good as it is on a Sunday

N'a pas aimé Didn’t like the fact residents of the park can’t book a take it’s full off locals and overcrowded
Entertainment on nye was rubbish never known a singer to be on for half hour and a break for half hour , then 11.45 nothing no music no count down nothing saw midnight come and go then went back to our van , it’s the flattest ny I have ever had

Main house service very good.
Adults area comfortable and welcoming.

N'a pas aimé Asked for pitch near facilities block due to my daughter being in a wheelchair but were placed on a pitch a distance away although there remained several empty pitches between us and the block
Pitches not well lit for an evening arrival and not labelled clearly so difficult to find.
Service point facilities very disappointing and minimal felt like tourers not first priority.
We would have eaten in the bar and grill but as no dogs allowed it prevented us doing so, think that this should be reconsidered.

A aimé The park is beautiful. Short drive into Berwick or a 30 min walk, Toilets/showers are probably the best of any site I've ever been on. Easy check in.

N'a pas aimé Not really dog friendly as advertised. The pub/restaurant doesn't allow dogs at all. So that meant we couldn't use it. Seems strange as there were plenty of people with dogs, who must have either locked the dogs in the caravan or just not went at all. Thats a fair bit of income for the site , when all that is needed is a small inside area that people with dogs could use. The outside area isn't any use in December/January. I wouldn't return for that one reason.

A aimé Aesthetically very nice, good location and liked pub with excellent staff, service and good value food

N'a pas aimé Whilst the female toilets were aesthetically pleasing, the shower trays needed a good clean and the female toilets had a continual very unpleasant odour.
Our fully serviced pitch D9 was temperamental with power surges causing a malfunction with electrics and coupled with uneven grounds & being unable to level up resulted in an overall disappointment.
For a 5-star fully serviced pitch we felt this was very over priced and didn’t justify the cost.

A aimé The park had good size pitches, excellent toilet and shower facilities. The clubhouse had a great bar and restaurant with an additional feature of an adult only lounge in a very beautiful well kept Building. Even though it’s in a rural setting, there was a huge Tesco’s five minutes up the road along with the beautiful town of Berwick upon Tweed also five minutes away.
We were a couple, but there seemed plenty to do for younger children with a big play area.

N'a pas aimé All pitches seem to be very uneven and we had to use blocks and help others use blocks to get caravans level.
Very hard to get a TV signal and you would need to take an aerial cable required as aerial points were available on the pitches. Wi-Fi was payable but we had our own portable Wi-Fi which worked well to pick up tv apps.

A aimé Very clean site. Good dog walks nearby. Touching there was a memorial area for pets too . Nice idea

N'a pas aimé Shame pub / restaurant was closed Xmas eve to boxing day. We had booked expecting the facilties to be prob closed xmas day but wrongly assumed boxing day open. Our last min decision was made on the belief it was open all year site and those facilities would be a bonus on site...We do understand staff needing holidays of course.. just wish facilities closure dates were quoted on major holiday seasons so we can make a booking decision based on facts. Hope dogs will have areas soon there too as the rest of site Is dog friendly.

A aimé Fantastic Site, lovely pitches and well thought out out with gravel around the edges of the touring site, must be amazing in the spring when all the flowers start to bloom, grass and gardens immaculate, toilets very clean and modern.

N'a pas aimé Paid full price over the Xmas period when the bar and restaurant were not open,and there are is no Dog Friendly space in the bar or restaurant!! what was even more disappointing was the fact that I tried to book direct with Ord House and was told there was no availability but managed to book through Pitch Up(well
Done Pitch Up) lovelly site and would return
