The Willows Caravan Park

A aimé A great site for camper or touring vans.
The choice of any vacant pitch was so easy.

Toilet and shower facilities were clean and fully stocked with toiletries.

The area was well maintained and the hard standing was level.

A pleasure to use.

A aimé Peaceful, in spite of the road noise (which you blurred out after a while). Facilities were fine, clean and adequate. Pitch was a decent size, accommodating a campervan and an awning. Nice walk for the dog around the large field adjoining the site.

A aimé Such a pretty little campsite. Clean and tidy. The toilets and showers are spotlessly clean. The toiletries supplied are such a lovely touch. We’ve never stayed anywhere where they’ve thought to do that so thank you. We were lucky enough to pick a spot with no body round us (plot number 8) so we had enough space. Countryside views were lovely. Peaceful and quiet. There is a main road close by, as others have mentioned, but as we live on a busy road, it didn’t bother us at all.

A aimé The peace, the dog walk field, pitches were clean and tidy.

N'a pas aimé No motorhome empty point. Elsan point blocked easily steughled to clear.

Regards motorhome empty point - we do not advertise this as a option.
We will consider this as a possible new facility for next season though.

I apologise for the Elsan point being blocked.
We were unaware of any issue as no one had reported this to us.
However, on our usual periodic inspection, we became aware of a blockage and this was cleared on Sunday morning. We offer our sincere apologies for any inconvenience.... someone had put a plastic bag and wipes down the point and this had caused a blockage.

This is unfortunate as wipes and plastic bags are not meant to be disposed of at the Elsan point. Apologies again for any inconvenience.

A aimé A fantastic rural site with wonderful hard standing pitches each serviced by drinking water and 16amp electric hook ups. Superb dog walk around a 1/4 mile field boundary. Stunning location and private. We will definitely come back, just a pity it's not open all year round.

A aimé The toilet & shower block was immaculately clean and well presented. The owners even left a little basket of free shampoo/body wash soap samples for people who have forgotten them. There was a rack with a few magazines to borrow too. The site is peaceful with plenty of space between pitches.

A aimé Lovely small very well kept site. Shower and toilet facilities spotlessly clean. Others have mentioned road noise but it did not bother us at all. There is a useful walk around the adjacent field for dogs. There is a pub 25 mins walk away although we did not use it. Perfect stopover when travelling north to south and vice versa.
