N'a pas aimé Everything no mattress stated bring linen which we did but didn’t state we’d sleep on wooden slats

The lady called Kath was absolutely rude
And Ben was a no response person message him never get a message back we had to get some
E from another caravan just to open the gate has we got ignored told them there’s nothing to lie on and still had no response from Ben

This is a disgrace of a site and would not recommend to anyone at all

Thank you for the review. It does state very clearly that you need to bring your own mattress and bedding. No one has ever had an issue with this previous to you staying and considering we have been open for over 7 years I am going to have to put this down to you not reading the description properly.

Please ensure you do this going forward with other stays not just ours as it is an unfair reflection on us and as you can see we have very good reviews and always endeavour to ensure our guests enjoy their stay.

A aimé Views, peaceful atmosphere. Clean and tidy. Good price. Easy to access.

N'a pas aimé Shower with payment of 20 p per minute. Msy I suggest a contact less payment or flat rate when booking?

Recycling of plastics and metal? Could only find a bin labelled glass.

A aimé Fantastic location and lovely quiet site. Check-in was easy, quick message to Ben and he gave me the code for the gate. Toilet and shower is really clean and plenty of hot water. Hut is basic, but has lighting and electricity. The main bed frame is a king size, but I used a really high airbed with built in pump which wasn't ideal as it came to the same height as the 3rd single bed frame. You'll probably be better with a 'normal' airbed instead. I'd definitely stay again.

A aimé Very warm pod, clean and spacious washing facilities, very quiet. Did not meet owners but all info provided in advance for access, pod pre warmed for us and the radiator works really well, a bit too warm really. Pod very clean and solidly constructed. Bed slat structure very solid and large. We brought a pod coffee machine and a lamp for extra luxury although the main light is not too harsh. I could not get any internet but my partner could and I hotspot him. I brought a pan of food and gas stove for dinner which I heated up on the porch. Did not see a BBQ.

A aimé Great surroundings, on site toilet/shower and the lodge was warm & dry

N'a pas aimé I felt as though you could only park on the gravel directly out front of the lodge, which unfortunately spoiled the view. However this is something that may not have been compulsory but I assumed parking on the grass wasn't a good idea.

A aimé It's always a peaceful stay, as from my reviews each time I've been I've had no issues, ben has been very accommodating on everything.. I've even expanded my camping gear so I can finally cook there next time we go.

I go with my daughter who absolutely adores " the pod" our short walks on the evening down the lane is always heaven.

A aimé As always, I never have any issues with staying here. The pod is always immaculate when I go as well.

The sheep was soo close this time 😍

Usually stay with my daughter but this time around I came alone. Have booked again and will continue too come back for as long as the pod stands 🤣

There is no WiFi on site but your mobile should work fine I'm on 02 and have fab signal and have no issues with hot spotting from my phone to a laptop ext.

A aimé I love this pod, me and my daughter come every year! This time we brought her friend.

Site is always clean and lovely.

A aimé Lovely quiet location in gorgeous countryside. Very clean pod with lighting and several plug sockets and heating.
