A aimé Peaceful family friendly campsite with stunning views. Jo and Richard are really helpful. Great walks from the farm and plenty of history around the area.

A aimé Quiet and rural. Very peaceful. Liked that the field was fenced in so the dog could be off (only two other campers who didn’t mind) and the children could safely run around.

A aimé Incredible views on this very peaceful and spacious site. Hosts could not be more helpful and were keen to make sure our stay was enjoyable.
This is a basic site with ample water points close to the pitches.
There was a single portaloo which was always immaculate and the chemical waste was different to anything I’ve seen before but functional. Normally I’d put this in the dislike but it’s made clear before booking what to expect and they were both clean and better than I expected so nothing to be critical of.
We have showering facilities within our van so not an issue for us.
Loved being close to the farm and being woken by the cows 😄

N'a pas aimé I genuinely cannot think of anything I disliked about this site or the hosts.
Due to the lack of facilities it will not be for everyone but the pitch size and views far outweigh any missing toilet/shower block.

A aimé Loved this site, we stayed in a tent with no hook up and my dad stayed in his caravan with a hook up, we contacted the site to ask if we could pitch next to each other and they replied quickly and said that they could accommodate us.

Jo greeted us on arrival and Richard was always around the farm if needed. Really lovely people.

The views surrounding the site are absolutely beautiful!

Dog friendly site which is a bonus for us having two dogs.

Toilet was ALWAYS kept clean during our three night stay. We booked knowing there was no shower which was fine as we used our caravans. Free WiFi was a bonus too.

Great location looking over Market Harborough and surrounding villages, we will definitely be back to visit this hidden gem!

A aimé Beautiful views and so quiet - simple camping, just what we love! The field for the tents is spacious and has a water tap and a portaloo at the top of the field - this was very clean and all that you need for a short stay.

Prior to our visit Jo sent us some maps for local walks along the Jurassic Way- we followed one of the routes and the views once again were amazing.

When we arrived we had a lovely friendly greeting from Jo . Our second night both Jo and Richard came to our pitch to make sure that we had everything we needed and even kindly offered to freeze our cool box blocks.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing stay with incredible scenery - we will return!

A aimé Wonderful, spacious site. Plenty of room for children to play safely. Lovely owners, always there to help if needed. Beautiful views of the countryside. We’ve visited many times now and always had an amazing, relaxing time.

A aimé Oh my what a fabulous location! Stunning views across rolling hills, cattle fields and down into Market Harborough. Perfect place to wake up and eat breakfast while lapping up the beauty of the countryside.
Hosts are so friendly and welcoming, suggesting local walks etc.

N'a pas aimé Slightly odd charging system as we booked one tent pitch and one touring pitch, both non electric. One had to pay extra for dogs, the other didn't.

A aimé What a lovely campsite! I watched the sunset on the left and the moonrise on the right with the twinkling lights of Market Harborough between. The owners are lovely, and, best of all, they even sent a map of local walks and footpaths. I did the longest walk this morning. The landscape is exquisite--lots of old trees and beautiful undulating grassland, steeped in the archaeology of ancient farming systems. Lots of wildlife too.

N'a pas aimé Not like being woke up at 730am but a hydraulic hammer right behind me it was going to leave next day got promised it won't happen again as they are on a different field so I moved on opposite side but sill got woken by same noise plus lots off beeping I know it's a working farm i expecting tractor farm animals but not a hydraulic hammer when it's meant to be peaceful they should of let me and outhers no pluss no tolets to use as it states
