We’re pleased to hear you enjoyed your sea view pitch, found our staff friendly and were happy with the facilities. We appreciate your comments regarding the early arrival charge and the road noise. Our standard check in time is from 2pm, and any early arrivals are subject to a small additional charge. This is applied consistently so that we can manage early arrivals fairly for all our guests. As for the road, our location between the A55 and railway line is clearly highlighted on our website and booking information. We appreciate that traffic noise can be noticeable, particularly at busier times, although many guests do enjoy the convenience of our location and the fantastic sea views. Thank you again for staying with us and for your feedback.
