I am sorry to hear that your allocated pitch was occupied on arrival. For the most part, our pitches are allocated upon arrival, and on occasion adjustments may need to be made to accommodate guests and ensure everyone can be checked in as smoothly as possible. This is in our nature, as we always try to be as flexible and accommodating as possible to ensure all of our guests can enjoy their stay.
