Tally Ho Farm

A aimé : Stunning location, limited facilities but we were aware, very quiet so peaceful and relaxing. Will and Heidi were very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble and they helped us out in our time of need ! Our grandson loved the animals and the tractor especially and the space to run around freely.

A aimé : Will was exceptional! Apart from being the nicest man in the world, his pitches are immaculate, tucked away in the bracken and tree line to give privacy in all directions. Spacious and open and clean, Tally Ho ticks every box. The location is perfect for trips to St Davids or Tenby and there is plenty of local eating choices in Haverford West and nearby. At the campsite, every pitch had its own bench which was great because I forgot the chairs. It made prepping, cooking and eating a joy alongside being sat in the middle of nature. An evening wander amongst the sheep was peaceful and relaxing and a well-needed reminder that flogging yourself to death at an office job isn’t really what we are here for. Toilets were clean and easy to use, showers the same with the addition of plentiful hot water. The night sky is incredible with no light pollution, Starlink was easy to pick out and watching the moon rise was an added bonus. We had a great time and it is not an ‘if’ we will be back, but a ‘when’. Thank you Will!

Glad you liked it, we are evolving slowly but the main ethos is to keep it small, quiet and personal with the green minded ethos. A aimé : What a lovely camp site!!! Hosts were wonderful, location was wonderful and so was the weather! All facilities were well maintained and clean. Pitches were well spaced and level. Had a lovely stay and will definitely be back:)

Heidi and I were talking about this tonight, we looked at flushing toilets as well, we think we might have a look at combination of both of normal and composting toilets as some people like the concept. A aimé : Beautiful surroundings perfect pitch layout with wild flower screening to separate pitches. Free fire pits and logs,accessto fridge and freezer. Lovely friendly owners.

A aimé : Quiet little site which was just what we were after. Our boys loved the dipping ponds, spotting wild rabbits early evening & the butterflies. Not for everyone but has all that you need for a back to nature no frills real camping trip.

A aimé : Large secluded pitches! Love the eco facilities, these are the cleanest compostable toilets I have used. Nice having a warm shower and wash up area to. Will (and George the dog) was welcoming and moved a nice picnic bench and some logs to our pitch whilst we said hi to the friendly sheep and waved at the horses! Would recommend, so much to see within 30mins of the farm site… we visited Freshwater west to visit Dobbys grave.
