A aimé : Lovely little lodge to stay in. The hot tub was great. My little girls loved seeing all the animals . All the staff were very friends and helpful. I will miss my dog and cat friends

A aimé : The views were amazing and worth walking/driving up the field for. Perfect location to drive to tourist spots around Brecon Beacons with Talybont on Usk only a couple minutes drive and 20-30ish mins to the variety of Pen Y Fan/Four Waterfalls car parks. Although I saw other reviews mentioned the facilities being dirty, this was not the case for us and for the price we were pleased that the showers were free, and additional items e.g. microwave, kettle and laundry was also on offer to us. It is worth noting that you need to call the contact number when you arrive as it is a working farm and the staff won’t know when you arrive but once you call the friendly and helpful staff will come to you and explain how everything at the site works which was great. If you’re an animal lover this is a great place to camp as there are friendly farm dogs, cats, pigs, ponies, cows etc to pet/feed as they roam the fields.

A aimé : Beautiful views, friendly animals wondering about, relaxed on where you can pitch and are allowed fires and BBQs. Very friendly and helpful staff prior to and during our stay. Was able to bring car next to tent even though we were advised initially this wouldn’t be possible. Were offered the opportunity to change our booking to a different date due to weather without any additional charge.

N'a pas aimé: Unfortunately the cleanliness lets this place down. The showers and toilets were filthy. There was no toilet roll or soap. We knew it was a working farm and were not expecting anything fancy but it really was unclean in the toilets and shower.

A aimé : Easy to find and conveniently located to hit the trails in Brecon Beacons (we did Pen y Fan horseshoe and Four Falls Trails, 15 and 30min drive respectively). In the campsite, plenty of space to choose from to set the tent up and great views. Relaxed vibe - lots of groups of different ages but everyone super respectful of others. Facilities (bathroom/showers) were clean at all times.

A aimé : We had a lovely stay! views was amazing and it was such a peaceful nights sleep after making out bbq! The facilities are well kept and it’s a lovely place to explore. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Plenty of pitches to choose from scattered around the site

A aimé : Everything about it a great working farm experience ceri and Kyle were excellent hosts really helpful allowed my children to engage and help with all animals , plenty fire wood and fire pits , plus lots aof produce available, will definitely be returning several times 😀

A aimé : We really enjoyed this site, everyone was friendly and helpful. My 1yo loved seeing the pigs. It was a peaceful site and had beautiful views. We would definitely go there again. It also close to lots of areas such as Talybont-on-Usk and Brecon.

A aimé : Location was very convenient only being a 15 min drive to Pen Y Fan, the place has a lot of personality with animals coming to see you whilst you stay there during the time your there. Twinkle the cat was a highlight as he spent a lot of time with our group in the evenings. Views of the mountains from where we were pitched was amazing.

N'a pas aimé: Toilets and showers could go with a bit of modernisation but they work for being there for a few days.
