A aimé : We arrived late and set up in the dark, facilities were clean and well stocked. Very quiet site, we had a great sleep.

A aimé : Wonderful setting, clean toilets and showers available.

N'a pas aimé: Toilet/shower doors should have something like a latch outside to keep them opening in the wind. Current campers use a stone to manoeuvre the vacant/engaged tab to engaged to stop the door opening. But difficult to know if there’s anyone in there? No wi-fi or signal available.

A aimé : Lovely views with a really nice drive to the site located near a good few towns and 1 hour away from Aberystwyth. Exactly what we were looking for, a remote location with a great night sky view. It has a really nice stream running at the back of the site. Toilet and shower facility in one unit. Very clean site and very friendly owners who helped us out at a very late time with a fire pit issue we had.

A aimé : Exactly what it says on the tin a great little popup site we loved it. Lovely welcome from the owner and just an overall lovely vibe. Loo/shower was fine, it's a popup site it's functional.

A aimé : Very rural and remote. Just a field with a recently built hard track an toilet block.

N'a pas aimé: I was traveling alone and using the site as a stop off on long journey. There was noone else on the site., apart from three empty caravans with no-one home. Decided not to stay because even in daylight it felt too isolated for me. There was a new toilet facility that I didn't check out. I'd prepaid £20 which seemed steep for one person .. gt for a larger group

A aimé : Peacefulness, wide open space, little stream. Liked absolutely everything about this site and cannot wait to return.

A aimé : Site was exactly how it was described. Nice quiet area, clean shower and toilets. I’d be happy to stay again. Pity it’s not open till end of September

A aimé : Location

N'a pas aimé: Campsite was nice and peaceful on arrival and as soon as we booked, a car of people returned to their tent where they pumped music from their car. Had that happened before we booked we wouldn't have stayed. We then found out later in the day that our neighbours would smoke weed constantly. Not a fan of portaloos and on multiple occasions these were below standards. Had this been a manned site we felt like these issues wouldn't have happened or could have been managed better. But without any contact details we had no one to report any problems we had to.

A aimé : Did like how it was just in a private field and you can chose where you want to go. Lovely view of the stars and nice surroundings. The location is great we ended up on an amazing route through to Hefron Forrest (maybe spelt wrong) even though it was a bank holiday weekend it was super peaceful.

N'a pas aimé: I did expect a shower/toilet block but the toilet is a Porto cabin and the shower is built into the back of an old horse trailer. This is a back to basics site and is still very lovely though.
