A aimé : For the price amazing value. Lovely views, pretty village, toilets facilities clean and a great place to be at peace. Bring a torch it is PITCH black at night.

A aimé : We had a lovely couple of nights here despite the forecasted sunny weather taking a turn for wind and rain. We particularly liked being able to arrive and depart without time constraints, and just the ease of finding everything. The showers, toilets and washing up facilities were kept clean throughout our stay. The lovely owner came by in the evening to deliver wood/kindling and fire baskets if needed. This was a fantastic base for us to explore nearby Bruton and Frome. We’ll definitely be back!

A aimé : Beautiful views, loads of space, peaceful, showers and toilets good. Excellent pub 5 minutes walk down the hill with great food, friendly service and not too expensive.

A aimé : Thank you for having us stay in the Shepard hut. The mattress was comfortable, it was nice and warm in the hut too. We enjoyed that the hut had its own area.

A aimé : A beautiful campsite, just as described. An open field with stunning views. A relaxed approach of pitch where you want, loads of space for all and very reasonably priced. Basic facilities but as expected for the price. That said, they were clean and well maintained. The local pub is an absolute jem and only 10 minutes walk. Amazing food and friendly staff.
N'a pas aimé: The 10 minute walk to the pub is 10 minutes down a steep hill!! The walk back up after is a bit of a killer!!

A aimé : We loved the view at Croscombe and the warm welcome from Emma. The facilities are also pretty good. Three toilets which are cleaned daily, three hot showers and a washing up area. Definitely recommend!
N'a pas aimé: We had some of the other guests playing music that carried through and also a road was recognisable.
