A aimé : Richard the farmer is lovely, very accommodating and full of advice for things to do. Great views of Helman Tor. Plenty of space, nice clean loos and warm water for washing up.

N'a pas aimé: Unfortunately the ground was quite wet from all the rain this week but there is a good solid path, a tractor on hand and some good advice on where to park and how to get good traction!

A aimé : Really lovely basic site run by the great Roger. Its a basic but greatblocation. Use the The Camping Field for your GPS to ensure you find this gem first time.

A aimé : Arrived 1.55hrs early, was not a problem! Advised to move to the bottom of the field as it was less sodden. Offered wood for fire pit although we chose not to. Was making our meal when a tractor appeared in front of us bearing a portaloo which was placed near to our camper. What better service could you ask for? A beautiful rural place to stay, with everything you need! Would definitely recommend and will return.

A aimé : Fab little site and Richard was so welcoming, waking up to the view was a treat, nice hot shower and basic loos but clean and tidy, still the signs of wild flowers around which were super cute, went with family and will definitely be back again 😀

A aimé : Nice open feild with lots of space and places to pick to pitch up. Close to the Eden project.

N'a pas aimé: No proper toilets. Only proterloos. The showers were so small. Only about 60cm of dry space to get dressed. Water pressure was awful and kept going cold. No real signs to locate the ground. Just a roughly painted piece of wood.

Réponse du gestionnaire : Hi Laura thank you for your negative feedback We are a basic campsite On pitchup we are advertising as having portaloos The showers have plenty of space for changing over 2 feet I don't know whst is your problem with that The showers do work if you press the button a few times it will come out hot There are 3 well located signs on the road to the campsite it is just bizarre that you could not see them Pleanty of Happy campers been here Pleanty our coming back again Happy camping Richard I

Réponse du gestionnaire : Thank you Maxine for the feed back We are just a basic campsite With portaloos they were empty 2 days before you arrive and 3 portaloos in feild for 6 campers which is pleanty they are clean 3 or 4 times a day . All I got to say I am sorry if my cleaning standards are not up to your standards Happy camping Richard

A aimé : The setting - quietness - cleanliness - friendly owner with good local knowledge.

N'a pas aimé: Lots of cut wet grass and no basin for general wash and teeth cleaning.
