Ce camping familial et accueillant propose une ambiance détendue avec de grands emplacements plats. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, les installations propres (douches chaudes, toilettes écologiques), et il y a de la nourriture sur place. Peu d'ombre et parfois l'attente aux toilettes aux heures de pointe sont notées. L'approche écologique est appréciée.

A aimé Absolutely Brilliant! Wonderful hosts, who made you feel very welcome also extremely attentive, making the stay feel like visiting old friends. We are already booking our next stay and can’t wait! The other thing to mention is how well run the site is and extremely peaceful. I would say that it’s probably the best campsite in the New Forest!

A aimé Owners were very friendly and funny. You could buy cold drinks, snacks, pizza, rolls etc at a good price.
Lovely little outside bench area by reception where music/ radio was playing but not too loudly. Appreciated a bit of John Mayer!
Pitches were a great size, you could choose where you wanted to go with options of shade or sun.
Showers were clean and hot/ cold depending on preference. Safe site, close to forest and coast and supermarkets if needed.
Compost loos were clean, difficult in the extreme heat but what toilets don't smell!
I had phone signal.
Site was easy to find.
Good site, would come back.

A aimé 10/10 stay. The owners were lovely and took the time to chat and help out with whatever we needed. We loved that the campsite was eco friendly and recycled everything as well as the compost toilets. Would definitely return!!!

Absolutely brilliant stay – the gold standard of hospitality!

A aimé We have just had the most amazing, relaxing time here and we will definitely be back. The location is absolutely spot on and the overall vibe of the place was just excellent. It was understandably quite busy over the bank holiday weekend, but it quietened down right after, giving us the perfect mix of atmosphere and peacefulness.The site itself is lovely and it’s great to see so much recycling going on. The facilities were top-notch too – the showers and toilets were always clean and really well-maintained.Their little shop is fantastic! They stock loads of drinks, ice cream, and do great pizzas and bacon rolls. They also sell beautiful homemade bracelets, which make such a nice memento to take home.The real stars of the show, though, are John, Marie, and Esme. They are brilliant at making everyone feel so welcome, always friendly, and they constantly go above and beyond. I also have to give a special shout-out to John's humour – he’s almost as funny as I am! Honestly, the hospitality this family provides should be the standard quality for every other campsite out there. Thank you all so much for a wonderful stay! We will be back

Great option for weekend away in the new forest / on the south coast

A aimé Really clean hot showers never a queue, very clean toilets (compost). Washing up sinks with washing up liquid & drinking water, plenty of hand soap etc around. Really helpful / friendly family running it - great value omelette / bacon sandwich, coffee etc for breakfast and reasonable pizzas cooked to order. Little shop selling cold drinks / ice creams / marshmallows etc. we camped in the second smaller field next to the reception/showers “hub” as liked being close to facilities and enjoyed the chilled music etc playing. Decent sized pitches so even though very busy and lots of people packing up early & dogs etc it was never loud / disturbance. 15 mins drive to sandy beach.

A aimé I really liked this campsite. Although it was Bank Holiday and the site was very busy we still had plenty of space and it didn’t feel crowded.
The toilets and showers were very clean
The owners were very friendly

A aimé Lovely campsite. We really enjoyed our stay. Hosts are very welcoming and accommodating. Facilities are ideal.
N'a pas aimé Only less good observation is that if the site was fully booked I think the number of toilets might be too little and lead to queues at busy times.
