A aimé : Everything. From us needing to rearrange the booking to adding the kids on the site could not be more helpful or accommodating. Arrived home today after 2 nights and we have definitely found our go to stay in the lake district. Peaceful site in beautiful surroundings. Well stocked shop and friendly staff. The microlodge glamping pods are so well equipped and have absolutely everything you need. Lovely touch of coffee, tea, biscuits etc. Better shower than the one we have at home! 😂 Close to the water and plenty of places to eat. Can also recommend the Crown Inn pub to eat, delicious food! To top it off once we returned home realised we'd left all our walking boots, rang and spoke to someone straight away who were more than helpful and said they would box them up for us no problem if we wanted to arrange a collection. Will be recommending this place to all our friends and family. Thank you for a lovely stay 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

A aimé : Nice cabin/pod, very clean and tidy. Well equipped for everything we needed, a little tight for space but still very good. Quiet site and good access to walks, local village eat walks out onto Lake Coniston, Old Man and surrounding areas. Good reception area and fish and chips. Very pleased.

A aimé : Perfect location, easy to find. We stayed in the micro glamping pod and it was amazing. Had everything we could need. For them being “micro” there was plenty space for two adults and two children. Very clean. The staff couldn’t have been any more friendly and happy to help.

A aimé : Lovely stay in one of the larger cabins. The cabin looked like it had never been used - everything was in great condition, and it was nicely fitted out. It was a very relaxing and peaceful place to stay. It was spotlessly clean as well. Although the rest of the site was closed when we were there, the site manager was very welcoming and made sure we knew where to go. Would highly recommend staying here.
N'a pas aimé: Only slight niggle was the pillows - they were a bit hard and lacked the height I like. But I always struggle with pillows that aren't my own
