A aimé : Small and family run. Very friendly site.

N'a pas aimé: Unfortunately music played until 3.30 in the morning. Bins overflowing for over 24hrs. Showers and toilets could have done with a more regular clean.

A aimé : Nice campsite, good facilities, friendly staff. Great location for cycling and Delamere Forest.

N'a pas aimé: Lots of loud music from a big group, should have been asked to keep it down a bit.

N'a pas aimé: Pitches for tents not very good, difficult to park car by tent. Did not like the shared shower and toilet facilities, needs renovating.

A aimé : Staff were very friendly and helpful, having a pub on site was great and it was clear that there were lots of locals and regulars on site that created a warm and relaxed atmosphere. The location was good for us as we wanted to access Chester and Manchester, and the kids liked having the park to play in. View from our pitch was beautiful.

N'a pas aimé: The pitch was too small for our needs - tents were packed very close together and there was no room to keep our car on our pitch. The showers were freezing cold. No electric hookup option and no WiFi.

A aimé : Really good site - nice views - friendly staff. I’d read some mixed reviews about the site but I always like to give a place a chance and I’m glad I did. Very welcoming. Very amenable. Quiet. Toilet block was fine - unfortunately we had to leave early hours as the bad storm set in!! But we will definitely be back soon!

A aimé : We camped over here with our 6 year old Grandson. Owner, staff very friendly and helpful. Shower/ toilets were clean. Lovely views from our pitch Cosy pub on site -can order takeaways and eat them in the pub

A aimé : First time here and a lovely, friendly site. Toilets were always clean, washing up facilities were good with a supply of washing up liquid if you forget your own. The views were amazing and the children loved the animals. The pub on site was perfect after a day exploring Delamere Forest and the owners are happy for you to order a takeaway to eat in there. Shirley was really friendly and always made sure toilets and kitchen was in good order. I would definitely come again.

A aimé : A small caravan and camping site with a great culture of friendliness from not only their staff but the locals too. The owner was very pleasant, helpful, understanding and welcoming and knew how to have a good laugh. The unisex toilets and showers were well kept as well as the washing station. The view from the camping area was gorgeous. Finally the site is in a great location for those looking to visit Delamere forest.

N'a pas aimé: Bare in mind that the closest shop is at least 30 minutes (walking distance) away from the site
