A aimé : Great lodge overlooking the pleasure lake lovely area and nice and peaceful. Made our stay enjoyable and will return again. Graham the bailiff is a credit to the business very knowledgeable person about the site and things we would like answers to. We also did some fishing on both the pleasure and specimen lake graham was very helpful.at all times.

N'a pas aimé: Lodge could do with a information pack espically knowing the fob on the keys is access to the gate. Also owners need to keep customers informed of what they need to do on arrival as not easy when it's your first time visiting

Yes Graham is a very valued member of the team here at North View and we appreciate how helpful he is to guests. Sorry about the lack of communication regarding the fob. I do try to put all this in an email but must of forgotten. I am going to sort out some information packs to put in the lodges which will be helpful regarding this. Thankyou again.

A aimé : Lodge nearly new. In good condition and well aquited. Good position. Fishing was good for those that fished.

N'a pas aimé: Single beds were on the small side and only fit for children.

A aimé : We loved everything about our stay. The lodge itself is beautiful situated on a popular fishing lake. We came with our 10 year old twin boys and they didn't even want to come home. It was just a perfect break for us all. Can't wait to book again.

A aimé : We had an amazing stay at this cosy lodge and enjoyed every moment. My son especially loved the Match lake, where he caught around 10 carps in one session, all of impressive size. Everything was perfectly prepared for us in the cabin house, which was super clean. Claire was such a nice person and kindly lent us a cradle for fishing. It's incredibly quiet here, making it the best place we've ever been for fishing. We will definitely be coming back! Regards Agata

A aimé : Accomodation was immaculate could not fault. Very friendly staff and also other people fishing there too My partner had a few good catches, even my 4 yr old managed to catch a few. We are about to re-book for August.

N'a pas aimé: The bbq outside the grill plates were dirty, so had be cleaned and then we found there was no gas left in the bottle. Wasn't a big issue as we just cooked eveything inside and it didn't impact on our stay. The site caters for children in regards to accomodation it would be brilliant if a small park could be added somewhere away from the lakes for when they get bored. Also an onsite cafe would be a great idea too.

Réponse du gestionnaire : Thankyou so much for your feedback. Sorry to hear the bbq wasn't clean I will make sure in future that this is addressed. The idea of a small play area for young children is something we are considering in the future as well as a cafe for holidaymakers to use. There is a small cafe/coffee shop further along North Road which is open Wednesday to Saturday 10 till 4. It's called The Pantry and is definitely worth a visit if you come again. They also do some activities for children there too.

A aimé : Spacious luxury lodges, meticulously clean with beautiful views over the fishing lakes. Friendly, helpful staff. Nice touch with fresh milk, tea and coffee in lodge on arrival provided by owners.

A aimé : Loved everything this Lodge and Lake had to offer. The lodge was very clean, nice decking area that over looks the Lake. Thank you for the carton of Milk and the necessities like Salt and Pepper and Coffee. We’re a couple who love Fishing so it was very convenient for us. Very grateful to have the shed so we would store our Fishing gear safely overnight. We loved it all that much that we asked Claire if we would stay another night and she kindly let us. Would highly recommend and we’re already planning our next date to return!
