We’re really pleased to hear you enjoyed the facilities, our dog-friendly atmosphere, and the spacious pitches – and that the market nearby was a bonus too!

We understand the lack of a dedicated path to the beach can be frustrating, and it’s something we’re continuing to explore to improve guest access where possible.

Shower block basic but clean. Showers were brilliant.
Staff very helpful and friendly.

We appreciate your comment about the shower and toilet block. While it's kept clean and functional, we do recognise the need for future updates and will certainly take your feedback on board as we plan improvements.

We're pleased to hear that your first impression of the park was a positive one, but we're very sorry to learn about the disturbances and cleanliness issues you experienced during your stay.

Late-night noise is not something we tolerate, and we will be reminding all guests of our quiet hours policy to help ensure a more peaceful environment for everyone. In regard to the toilet facilities, this falls well below our standards, and we are urgently reviewing cleaning schedules and supervision to prevent this from happening again.

A aimé Showers/toilets where clean.

N'a pas aimé This is not a place for a quite break. Kids zooming about the park on bikes and escooters followed by the parents doing the same.
Parties going on till 2am with loud music and shouting.
If you park 1 foot out of pitch the attendent is all over you like a rash but loud music and parties till 2am are fine.
The toilets are clean but wow they stink so bad.

That said, we're sorry to hear that your stay wasn’t as peaceful as you'd hoped. We do aim to strike a balance between a fun, family-friendly environment and ensuring all guests enjoy a restful break. Your comments about late-night noise and inconsistency in enforcement have been noted, and we will be reviewing our procedures to ensure better consistency and quicker action when noise issues are reported.

N'a pas aimé There should be a patrol guarding the noise, for two consecutive nights a couple of groups have been singing loudly till 2am

A aimé Pitches were lovely and the whole site was beautifully maintained. Lots to do on site. We were shown to our pitch which is always a bonus.
