A aimé : Having read reviews after I’d booked I was worried about the state of facilities but, other than a little mud in the showers doorway, as expected. Facilities were in good condition.

N'a pas aimé: Dogs were free roaming everywhere. Not so much as an inch of flat level space. So spent all night sliding down the tent. Not enough space to get pitched because people spread out more than necessary. Very loud and noisy site.

A aimé : Great place that we found in the Cotswolds, good location, really good for the cost too. Clean showers and toilet block with hot water! Would recommend if you want to visit the Cotswolds and youre looking for a place where the kids can run free. Also dog friendly.

I'm sorry you found the grass too long, however we are a busy site & the grass wears quickly if it's cut too short, & also assists grip if the ground is wet when moving vehicles accorss the site. we will look into the hole you mention assuming you pointed it out to our staff on site, & we will address this immediatly. A aimé : The view. The quiet.

N'a pas aimé: The pitch was on a slope, the site was very basic. No one on site from the Rugby Club. Toilets were dirty by end of the weekend

A aimé : Clean, easy to find, quiet & the pizzas on site were amazing

N'a pas aimé: The website states there's a bus, there were none. We walked into Stow on the Wold but its a 60 mph road with no pavement. The club was also closed even though it should have been open. I think we were just unlucky with the weekend we picked but it would have been good if we had known this beforehand

Réponse du gestionnaire : Hi, thanks for leaving a review. Just for clarity, the website says there is a bus service near by which is in the village of Oddingon, a 5 minute walk from the camp site. There is also a walk into Stow from the camp site via footpaths & the village of Maugersbury which saves the walk along the main road. The clubhouse is usually open on Wednesdays-Sundays from 6pm, however this is dependant on use as we cannot afford to have paid staff on site with no one using the clubhouse & we struggle to get volenteers mid week. We try to align with Zonda Pizza on site with our opening times. We'll review our web site listing & make this a clearer if possible. Thanks for staying with us.
