A aimé - most welcoming arrival from the wardens. Both genuinely lovely people, please pass on our thanks! - great enclosed dog run/ field. Our pup loved it!! - very clean facilities - games room with plenty to occupy - good sized pitches -fresh flowers in the ladies bathroom were a nice touch!

N'a pas aimé Not to moan as we had a lovely stay, however… The only thing I would recommend is the “workers” should all be pitched together at the bottom end of the field and “tourers” at the top. This way we will not be disrupted by each other (early to leave for work etc) And the tourists will feel more in holiday mode surrounded by other tourists. This is nothing negative about the site as it’s great, just good to have outside opinions for future planning.

A aimé -great location to potter round Devon -lovely atmosphere overall -well kept beautiful floral displays -bathrooms spotless -on site pop up food carts -enclosed dog field -gorgeous little farm shop onsite -peaceful with beautiful views -easy to get to off the M5

A aimé -great location for M5 stop off -lovely greeting and personalised poster with instructions incase owners were out. - absolutely spotless toilets and showers (one each for men and women) -very thoughtful bag of mini toiletries incase you’d forgotten anything. -beautiful solar lights around the site making it really cosy at night. -enclosed dog run with lots of toys.

A aimé Wonderful site that we will always come back to. This was the busiest we’ve ever seen it and still such a lovely atmosphere and facilities spotlessly clean as always!

N'a pas aimé Booked hard standing with pitch up but then pitched on grass as hard standing was fully booked. This is fine when it’s dry and sunny but just ring and check if you want hard standing!

A aimé Great location for a pit stop night! Beautifully clean facilities as always, lovely large flat pitches (we had a gorgeous grass pitch but the hard standing are even better!)

N'a pas aimé *limited showers. There were only 3 unisex showers for the whole camp (plus a disabled which I had to use) The showers in the unisex block have gaps all around the doors so no privacy especially when people are waiting outside their shower hence why I used the disabled facilities. * toilets. limited lighting with the three toilets in the main block plus no lock on one of the doors. The bottom field has a “shack” with 6 unisex toilets (filthy each time I attempted to use them) and again no lighting. * lack of rules. Says 6m distance for pitches yet no boundaries are in place so relying on people’s common sense that seems to be lacking(good luck!) *loud! Not for you if you want a peaceful stay. People allowed to blast music til all hours and a freight train passing every quarter of an hour even through the night! Literally feels like you’re next to the track! *Rubbish. Again lack of bins, the main bin area was overflowing which meant people just made heaps of rubbish even around the ash bins on the field. * Holes in ground. Sounds weird but they’re dotted around the field, like post holes. My dogs leg went down one and she really hurt herself. They should really be filled in with dirt to save any accidents.

N'a pas aimé *Unisex showers and not enough of them to cater for the site. *Very rowdy, especially at nighttime. I wouldn’t want to be pitched on the play park field that’s for sure!

A aimé What a gorgeous little site this is. Booked as a motorway stop to break up a journey, will definitely be returning. *The owners are so welcoming :) * Toilet/ shower block the nicest we’ve ever been to. They’re spotless 24/7! *Nice big pitches round the edge of a large field (also had some hardstanding which looked lovely!) * Very easy to get on n off the motorway. * Felt super safe and secure!

A aimé What a gem of a site, will definitely be staying again!! *Owner made us feel really welcome. *spacious well kept pitches. *lovely quirky facilities and most importantly immaculate!! Great location too! Retail parks 5 mins away and Cheltenham town just 10 mins away.
