As a wheelchair user I found the site far below where it should be in this day and age. I mislaid my Radar key so went to reception to ask if they had a spare I could I asked if they had a Radar key. I could not not enter reception as there is a small step, and they do not have a ramp, there is a disabled parking space right outside but no access for a wheelchair user? My husband went in and asked them to come and speak to me outside, when I asked why there was no access for a wheelchair user the woman said she didn't know but would pass on my feedback! I asked if they had a Radar key I could borrow/purchase. Although there disabled toilet needs a Radar key they do not have one! What if someone using it needed assistance and pulled the emergency cord, how would they assist them? She didn't know, but will pass on my feedback. Surely, I am not the only disabled person who has raised these subjects?? We definitely will not book here again.

Excellent caravan park people are very friendly and the place it's very clean i would come back again! And 100% recommended! It's very close to the beach and other attractions.

Good sized and sectioned off pitches, providing a nice private area for camping. Good swimming pool ncnad facilities.

Nothing.

The entertainment was very good the singers were great . The pitch were good size and flat . Facilities were good hot showers , clean . In and out door was great specially for little ones . All great time had . Good value for money.

Drink little expensive.

The park itself was great so many activities for the kids entertainment was spot on aswell in the club house really enjoyed this place will be staying again

Great facilities. Quiet and a well laid out park. Good selection of food outlets and Reedcutters Restaurant has a good selection on the menu and the food was good.

Wi-Fi on pitch up sites could be better.

Plenty to do on site, could do with a bus stop nearer to the site.

Gave measurements of motorhome at the time of booking, when we arrived,the pitch we were given was to small, the front of the van was out into the road. Wasn't happy with it,we went and asked if we could have a different pitch which we were given. The showers desperately need upgrading, there very dated and the fixed shower head is low down on the wall and I'm only 5ft 2 and had to crouch down to get under it.

Site and facilities were clean. Lots for the kids to do and fairly priced

Pitches were worn. Hard to peg into.
