Brilliant entertainment, lots to do, always lots of staff about, 2 big swimming pools, not far from beach

Not the cleanest showers/toilets blocks but still ok to use.

Tent pitch was flat and sandy terrain. We had a long tent and it was a bit difficult to fit.
There is plenty of food places on site, so you can have an emergency dinner.
The indoor swimming pool was very handy on a rainy day and the kids loved it.

Tent pitch is full of stones at about 10 cm depth so it was very difficult to put the pegs down.
Food from the restaurant could be better quality.

The tapes didn't work for washing up, once you used there no water.very annoying as we were camping

Proximity to Great Yarmouth. Pool tables in the sports bar a big hit with our teenage sons. The entertainment was good.

The weather was good

Wash facilities disgusting, pitch layout awful electric hook up going through neighbours tent. Most expensive camping trip and not what I expected.

Nothing

On a week before we would be travelling, I booked two nights (8th and 9th August) for a campervan hardstanding pitch £150 (!). Great Yarmouth. Expensive but I thought at such short notice, I should expect to pay more.
Anyway, the very next day we had a family matter that meant we would not be able to go to the site at all.
I tried every which way to contact them to see if , as I only booked it yesterday, I could get any refund at all.
I could not contact them at all. Their phone number eventually tells you to contact them on line. The on line link does not work.
I tried every day in case this was just a glitch in their IT. It wasn’t. I think they deliberately do it so customers cannot get in touch. I realise their site says no refunds but, as I had only just booked I hoped there would be a chance.
Extremely frustrating and expensive experience. I will never book with them again and advise you not to.
