Staff were warm, friendly and helpful.
Toilet block was clean and functional.
Location was excellent - a 10 minute walk to the railway station giving easy access to other places, especially Norwich. Also only a 20 minute walk to the town and/or beach.

Could not get wifi connection at the touring park and even when connecting at one of the bars the wifi was extremely slow.

Could not have a shower as was too dirty?!we only stayed for one night and was booked for 2 nights as noise through the night doing road works?!

Site was quiet for such a large site.(Forgive the road works nothing site could do about them)
Wife and daughter enjoyed the swimming and Evening entertainment

Bar prices reasonable and food prices okay for a site

Grass Pitch is smaller than advertised on pitch up. I only just got van onto the pitch at 8.1m hitch to back pitch is a best 8.3 I was on. If you have a big van go for the premium pitch.

To be aware Access to pitches is all down dead end roads and not the widest road so have a mover or be good at reversing, not a issue for me but those less confident at reversing may have a issues.

Toilet block is good size and clean with plenty of hot water but very dated. Hopefully this will be addressed in refurbishment work

WiFi limited signal and expensive to get a good speed

We had a great time,there was so much for the kids to do. Staff worked hard to make sure they enjoyed themselves. Plenty of different takeaways and a great restaurant to choose from. Swimming pools are fantastic.Security staff were always helpful and welcoming. Our motorhome parking was great and not cut off from the rest of the park. Brilliant all around 😃😃😃Big Thanks to all staff all around.

No real ale on tap.campers toilet block is cold and a little tired.

Really liked whole site was great, plenty of facilities, we pitch in moho while kids slept in a caravan, reasonable priced but gets expencive

Motorhome service point would be a great help. Due to time of year halloween period most pool sessions were booked up and so had to pay for other pool activities to allow kids a chance to swim.
Wifi did not reach pitches at back

Location was really handy as we spent most of our time at the beach

Shower and toilet block are run down and dirty
Food availability was poor, on site it never said that the majority of options would be closed
Arcades appeared to be un managed when trying to retrieve ticket prizes we ended up giving up as waited too long
We ended up leaving a day early

Friendly service good site well kept, booked up at short notice just to get a few day's away in campervan and they had an Elvis convention on so joined in, parkdean own it now so will go back again

Showers were all set to a sort of jet spray rather than a rose not adjustable without tool but it's the only thing had a good time

Lots of things to do on the holiday park. Children's entertainment was great, the kids loved it. Staff were great, good options for food. 30minute walk to the beach.

We camped.... the toilets and showers were disgusting, not well kept (needs refurb) and the cleanliness was non existent. They just don't seem to be bothered to clean them.
Also we paid extra to take our awning on..... the pitches were barely big enough to open up our trailer tent let alone add the awning.

Multiple food options

All pre bookable swimming sessions were taken weeks before our holiday and when we arrived we were advised that we could just queue up and hopefully get into the pool if there was room. People were queueing atleast 20 minutes before the next session to get a slot and With 2 autistic children this is an absolute no for us. They can’t queue for long and the risk of not getting in and the meltdown this would cause. Would be completely unfair on them and us. The only reason I chose this site was for the pool and we couldn’t even use it. We had to pay to use the leisure centre in Great Yarmouth and if I knew I was going to have to do that I would have stayed somewhere less busy and noisy.
The toilet and shower blocks were pretty tatty and not particularly clean, the taps either soaked you or had no water pressure. The camping pitches were right on top of each other and there were so many noisy children and adults shouting at children it wasn’t exactly relaxing. The WiFi didn’t work, I paid for the supposed premium WiFi and still could do absolutely nothing so that was a waste of money.
We only booked for 2 nights luckily but actually considered leaving early, the place just wasn’t for us.
