Ease of booking

Dirty shower blocks with blocked and overfilling toilets. Dishwashing area was located inside the toilet block (not the most hygienic) questionable guests (gypsy families arriving the night before left)and staff not upholding rules regarding electric scooters.

We liked that there was a lot for the kids to do on the site

The cleanliness of the toilet/shower block, the amount of people using it i feel it should have been cleaned more regularly.
Also the kids club is good but then it's bingo for 30 minutes to then do more kids shows after. I feel it shouldn't be broken up just do the kids bit all in one go.

Do not stay at this site, especially if you have children.

Worst camp site I have ever stayed at, please do not take your children here, the toilets were constantly covered in excrement, the showers were not much better, please listen to me and stay well away.

We really enjoyed our stay here, when we arrived the pitch was easy to find, clean site. Had everything we needed. Showers were mostly clean. Entertainment was good too.

Expensive site when there, have to book activities in advance so couldn’t go swimming. Paid £30 to attend a pool party which was 30 min.

Pitch was well maintained and lots of space and electrical hook up right on pitch. Toilets and shower facilities was clean and always working. shower was a little hot for me (but I don’t like hot showers/baths) but rather that than cold showers to be fair. Pot washing facilities in toilet/shower block as well and clean. Fresh water taps dotted about so not much of a walk back to pitch. Restaurant and other food places was fair priced and good food on offer. Evening entertainment was varied and suitable for all. Bus stop right outside holiday park and every half hour so was easy to pop into town when needed.

On site pizza place was not impressive, we got 2 pizza and was only a few min walk back to our pitch. By the time we got back it was cold and tough, flavourless and as dry as a sandal! So another night ordered from a local pizza place and was so much better

Games bar was great, didn’t get to try pool out as no available slots as booked late but looked nice, easy walk to Great Yarmouth too!

Booked pitch on pitchup a more expensive one as wanted to be out of way but when arrived at Vauxhall to be informed what ever price u pay on pitch up doesn’t mean u get that pitch and also i showed our conformation email said thats pitch we booked to be told its not even a picture of vauxhall park .. I ended up paying £17 extra for a quiet pitch for weekend not impressed as it’s what we originally booked . Don’t think we will be visiting again

Found staff friendly and helpful, a short bus ride that picks up and drops off from vauxhall to great yarmouth sea frount ( bus drivers are fantastic so convienent for local attractions.

The toilet/shower and cleaning facilities are probably the worst I have ever encountered the toilets were always dirty due to poor flushing systems, pot washing facilities are in toilet blocks (i find this extremely unhygienic) not to mention had to fill washing up bowl with water in what can only be described as a child's size shower as there was no water pressure in the push tap sinks! Staff reported the problem but remained the same all week.

Site facilities were filthy (lady's and gents). People smoking weed and security doing nothing.

Entertainment was good the area had enough things for the kids to do
