Fantastic site, great entertainment, girls loved horse riding. Boys loved meeting woody and buzz.
Very clean and tidy camp site.

Had to pay for WiFi as signal was very limited.

The campsite was very clean, calm and well looked after.
We never had to queue for toilets or a shower even though it was peak season.
The staff were very helpful and friendly.
The area was great with plenty to do and see.

One frustrating evening where we’d seen Bingo advertised on the evening site entertainment list so we planned our evening around going.

When we arrived, we discovered that you had to pay to play and they only accepted cash. There was no means of getting cash on site so we were unable to play. Apparently there was a cash conversion machine on site but it wasn’t working.

It would have been very easy for the advertising to simply say ‘Bingo- cash required’ to enable us to come prepared.

Reasonable sized pitches, clean facilities although a busy large size it was still fairly quiet, the pool was lovely and a choice of 3 parks for the kids

Having to pay 50p for disabled shower, the spud van closed before the others, WIFI is so sporadic

Clean toilet and shower facilities, great pitches. Beautiful views. Well presented site. Nice to have the pool and farm shop on site. Friendly staff.

Advertised as having a cafe and bars serving food. Never saw the cafe open, only breakfast available from the bars. There were food vans outside, but unfortunately lots of wasps, so would have preferred to use restaurant/ cafe facilities. There was no notices or signs to say that food service offerings were different to advertised and that the cafe wasn’t open. Which would have been helpful, we wasted time expected to be able to access things that we could have spent travelling off site. With a 2 year old, meal times are quite structured, so it would have been helpful to know. We did have breakfast there and the food was lovely.

The overall stay was again fantastic , lots to do and plentry for the family
The cleanliness of toilet facilities again could not be faulted

Would recomend the site and would stay again

Only area of concern was the WIFI paid for a service that never met the demands of modern day

The campsite was clean the staff where friendly the facility was clean and was allowed to take our dog in most places which was good

Great site with plenty of pitch space. Nice little play area for our 6yr old to burn off some energy. Lots of things to do close by and on site. We loved the swimming pool & the horse rides. Wanted to try the golf, but ran out of time. Onsite shop was really good, everything you need plus more. Great accessories shop as well. Would definitely recommend to families. We would come again.

The weather, but nothing can be done about that. When we went, we had plenty of rain and even an overnight storm with strong winds. As for the site, the only thing missing was somewhere to have an evening meal. Although there were food vendors, there was nowhere to sit and have an indoor meal. Wifi signal wasn't great, so internet was hard to find.
