The pitches were of a good size and the facilities were clean and well maintained

The site has lost its family feel. The site has become commercialised and it feels the touring side is of no interest. We had a loss of electric on our first night and information was poor and no concern over wellbeing. Then we woke up on the following morning with the electric off again. No contact from the site staff. Having used this site for years. I certainly won't be using or recommending this place again.

Good pitch. Warm and clean toilet block. Hot showers. Friendly staff.

This was the first time i stayed at stowford
farm meadows as I've always travelled to cornwall and i can honestly say that i will be booking for later in the year. All the facilities were clean and tidy and very accessible which having a 10 year old helps alot

Annoying 'movement sensors' in the showers. Just when they get warm, they switch off. What's so wrong with letting people choose how hot they shower and relying on them to turn it off? The hardstanding pitches are not clearly numbered and the lanes between the pitches are narrow so it's pretty impossible to get LWB van with a large turning circle, like a Sprinter or Crafter, into the pitch without catching the grass (which is so wet, it just churns up).

Nothing open (knew this before booking) but it made the site very unwelcomjng. Poor welcome at Reception, no welcome pack or information

Very clean facilities

Booked direct for 1 night then decided to extend our stay. I went to the office to book again. I explained it was £5 cheaper to book on pitch up, the receptionist told me to book with pitch up., which I did. She didn’t even offer the book again discount! So I booked with pitch up. I was then told we had to leave at 11 o’clock and return to check in again at 12 o’clock and move pitch. I understand this if it was busy but there was very little campers on site and nobody went on our original pitch. Worse customer service I have experienced
