A aimé : The toilets and showers were great. They were clean and the showers was nice and hot. Nice to have a phone call when we arrived.

N'a pas aimé: The info and reviews on Pitch up don’t seem to match the campsite. We actually thought we might’ve arrived at the wrong site to start with!

- Derelict structures on the field
- under a flight path
- Noisy neighbours had a party until 2am
- no tea/coffee van - might not bother most people but was a draw for us

A aimé : Facilities were very clean and perfect for what was needed. Beautiful setting, lots of lovely walks nearby. Donna was really kind and we’ll be returning!

A aimé : Facilities (toilets, shower) were in a good condition (although no light so you have to bring your own later in the evening).

N'a pas aimé: Some information about the site wasn’t accurate - there was no coffee or tea tent, and the animals didn’t feel like they were connected
to the camp site (and no eggs as the pictures indicate!). There were shacks/structures on the site (from a festival?) that didn’t seem particularly safe for children to play in (some were fenced off but with gaps in the fence, others not fenced off). The site was directly under a flight path - this didn’t bother us too much but might disturb others. More disturbing was that there was a noisy party in a nearby house that went on long into the night. There was nobody there to greet us, but we did get a phone call. The fire pits burnt the long grass underneath so potentially not safe to use in very dry conditions.

A aimé : Friendly hosts and lots of space. Was very quiet at night, firepits £5 payable by card in person. Beautiful walking trail at the bottom of the field around vann lake.

A aimé : Lovely welcome from Sophie who was very helpful and attentive.
All basic needs more than catered for with very clean facilities. In a lovely open filed surrounded by nature.
Couldn't ask for more.
