A great break in a beautiful part of the country. Site is at the back of the farm with cows mooing in the next field.
The little shed holds everything you didn't think you needed. Kettle, hot water, a fridge and even freezer space if your staying a bit longer.
A true rustic gem, will definitely be back.

A aimé Very welcoming great site with indoor loo and hot shower. Nice spot to sit inside if it’s raining with kettle and microwave. Took home some damson jam and damson gin!

The pub up the road is fantastic

I personally would not use the shower.

A aimé A Truly Magical Stay – Can't Wait to Return!

My boyfriend and I had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful shepherd's hut, and from the moment we arrived, we felt completely welcomed and cared for. Liz and Steve are absolutely amazing hosts - so friendly, warm, and genuinely dedicated to making sure everything is just perfect.

Liz had the hot tub ready and warm for us when we got there, which was such a lovely touch and the perfect way to start our stay. The hut and surrounding areas were spotless, and it’s clear a lot of thought and love has gone into all the little details - from the cozy touches inside to the beautifully maintained outdoor space.

Waking up on the farm to such stunning scenery was a dream. The cows in the fields made it feel even more special - they really are the stars of the show! We also loved spending time in the sheltered sunbed area, which gave us a peaceful and private space to relax and unwind.

This stay was so good that we immediately booked the bell tent for the following week -we just couldn’t resist coming back so soon. Liz and Steve truly go above and beyond, and Liz in particular made us feel like we were right at home. This is without a doubt a place we’ll return to again and again.

A aimé Absolutely everything. Liz and Steven are the perfect hosts and couldn't not do enough for you. The facilities are rustic, clean and in perfect working order. We especially enjoyed our tour around the farm and meeting the animals.

A aimé Excellent site friendly owners. Early arrival and late departures are fine so don't feel rushed. Enjoyed having farm animals in fields surrounding and that the site is dog friendly yet nice and peaceful with no kids.

A aimé Good facilities- shower was excellent and having somewhere inside with a sofa and power in case of rain is always appreciated! Rural charm aplenty- enjoyed waking up to animals staring at me from the other side of the fence!

N'a pas aimé Not a dislike person say, but there's only limited flat ground in the camping field so at busier times I would recommend arriving earlu-ish if you don't want to pitch up on a hill!
