Ce camping, paisible et magnifique, est idéalement situé près de la rivière Wharfe, avec de superbes vues et un accès direct au sentier Dales Way. Les propriétaires, aimables et serviables, ainsi que la propreté des installations et l'ambiance détendue, sont unanimement appréciés. Malgré un signal téléphonique limité et un besoin potentiel de sanitaires supplémentaires en période d'affluence, c'est une destination recommandée pour les amoureux de la nature et de la randonnée. Beaucoup souhaitent y retourner.

A aimé One of my favourite sites we as a family has come too, such a attentive owner, great location over looking the river and the rolling hills on the site, toilet facilities were great lovely and clean and from previous reviews of gaps in the wood were all fixed when we was there. This is pretty much wild camping but with the luxury of real toilets and shower, has to be a ten out of ten it’s the family’s first outing as camp owners and honestly there doing a great job, there willing to learn and appreciate any feed back so definitely will be back!

A aimé Amazing peaceful site. Next to the river, ideal for a wild swim or kayak. Walked into Appletreewick along the river. Beautiful walk.
N'a pas aimé Toilets are very basic and not very private - gaps in the wood for people to see in! . 2 toilets for the whole site and only 1 shower. No Elsan point either which is needed with limited facilities.

Réponse du gestionnaire : Thank you for your review due to the very dry weather the wood has shrunk on the toilets. We have coverd half and are waiting on more wood to be delivered for round the back. For next year there certainly will be more toilets available.

A aimé Gorgeous spot right on the river. Beautiful surroundings. Steven and Lottie were amazing hosts. Always around and helpful in anyway they could. Facilities two toilets and a good shower plus washing up station all clean and very good standard. Loved every second. Will be back!

A aimé What’s not to like, the scenery, location, owner, peace and tranquility were all absolutely amazing, I can not recommend this site enough, we have just had the most perfect weekend at Pasture pitches and will definitely be returning many times. The owner was the most friendly and helpful that we have ever come across, the location is stunning with the beautiful river a stones throw from your pitch. Facilities were immaculate and cleaned very regularly.

A aimé The views, the river, close proximity to Bolton Abbey and Appletreewick.If you like wild camping this site is for you. Owner was lovely and helpful.
N'a pas aimé Not really a dislike, but could do with another toilet and shower and dish washing sink. A room with just a sink / mirror as no sink in the shower cubicle for.cleaning teeth etc.
And to make the toilets a little more private.

A aimé The site is easily accessible, and the location is amazing! We went to watch the meteor shower and was not disappointed at all. The river is just outside the campsite and was great for fossil hunting. We went for a hike and went up through a forest and saw Venus and Jupiter low down in the sky on the horizon. Plenty of bats in the forest too. Also was greeted by 4 red kites putting on a show during the day.
The facilities are brilliant, as close to wild camping without wild camping as I’ve experienced. Situated in a valley with stunning views!
The hosts are very nice and friendly also, had a nice chat with them both. As a recently new site they have really done well and I can only see the site improving more and more.
