Springfield Riverside Camping and Glamping

A aimé Clean toilet and shower.
Tidy site.
Loved the animals and bonus that the owners came round with food to feed them.
Super friendly owners that genuinely couldn't do enough.

N'a pas aimé Not a dislike at all, just a point to note. There is only one toilet and shower so if it was busy there could be a queue.
Also an extra hook in the shower would be useful, one for clothes and one for towels as it's quite tight in there.

Just to reassure you we have purchased another toilet and shower block which is due to be installed, we have decided to buy a block that has the toilet and shower together rather than separately to support families. A aimé Peaceful campsite with large pitches. Love the little touches such as the chance to see the sheep, goats and horses. The owner and staff called daily to check everything was ok, along with the offering of eggs produced from the farm hens. The toilet and shower facilities were exceptionally clean, also plenty of points to get fresh water when needed.

A aimé The site was very well kept, nice level pitches, toilet and shower kept immaculate, cleaned several times a day. Easy access to to campsite, felt very secure. There is lots to see and do near by, also great if you just want to relax on site.
All the staff are very friendly and helpful. We were given bags of animal feed to feed the farm animals. The children even got a surprise visit from Scooby doo which the loved.
Lots of room for the kids to play.
Really lovely site

A aimé Site was in a fabulous riverside scenic, peaceful location. Clean and tidy throughout, security electric gates for peace of mind.

A aimé Site owners, they were lovely and accommodating. The site was a well maintained field with spacious pitches. Immaculate toilet and shower. Bonus of being able to feed the animals and there were some lambs that we were able to bottle feed too.

A aimé What a wonderful campsite. There were animals to feed, including bottle feeding lambs. We received a very warm welcome from the friendly and attentive owners. The pitches were generous and we had plenty of space. The gated entrance made us feel very secure. The facilities were immaculate. We enjoyed the peace and quiet by the firepit, stargazing and listening out for the wildlife.

N'a pas aimé There's one toilet and one shower for the site. The shower isn't very powerful. If someone flushes the toilet the shower stops for about a minute then comes back cold for a while.

A aimé Beautiful little site on a working farm. Very friendly hosts, who brought us animal feed and let our kids bottle feed the lambs.

A aimé Spacious pitches , allot privacy. Lovely family farm with plenty on animals for the kids to see. Kids have opportunities to help with feeding the animals. Oners and employees are very helpful and lovely. Facilities are very clean.

Your children were very kind and gentle to them. Maybe next time you visit us will be in the fishing season and will be able to use one of our fishing pegs for the day as a great family activity.

A aimé Gorgeous site! We stayed 2 nights with our young children & dog. Friendly owners who helped & answered any questions. Friendly farm animals in a secure field. The owners kindly dropped animal feed off at our van for our children (& me!) to feed the goats, sheep & horses and we were lucky enough to stay during lambing season so had multiple chances to bottle feed the lambs!
Facilities were kept clean and were close by to the pitches.
Pitches were well spaced out and well maintained.
Lovely site & would definitely stay again.

N'a pas aimé I think it’s worth noting that there is only one toilet & one shower so we did have to queue multiple times (a personal preference to have wanted to know before hand/ to want multiple!)
