Me gustó Enjoyed stay here. Pitches are narrow and very deep with plenty of space for long caravan and a car at the front of it, so there is about 7meters gap between your living room and people walking/ cars passing by on circular gravel road. Amenities are good. All I needed. There are 2 routes for walkers leading to Darwen town centre and from there to Darwen Towen if you want to go for a walk. The view from the campsite is since it is located on a hill.

Me gustó The view across the field. Remote location. The area has very good and reliable internet signal connection. I enjoyed snowy 10 days at the beginning of the January 2025.

Me gustó Beautiful campsite, great amenities, beautiful scenery, River walk all the way up to the Ben Lui, great location in the middle of nowhere away from towns. I stayed here in December 2025 so enjoyed occasional fog and white frosty mornings.
