Me gustó Such a stunningly beautiful site! The views are perfect and you feel like you’ve stepped out of the busy world and into a peaceful bliss a million miles away. Andy who greeted us was amazing and friendly, nothing was too much trouble and he made is feel so welcome, straight away learning the kids and dogs names. Huge open space for the kids to run free and play while we took in the fabulous surroundings. Andy brought us cold bottled water to make everything a little easier and was so accommodating with everything, bringing us fresh duck eggs and extra benches. There was a separate, secure field for our dog to have a good run around. We enjoyed it so much that we didn’t leave. An extra night for us and our friends who joined us. We took up the opportunity to enjoy the Alpaca experience and we all enjoyed it from age 4 to 43. I have also never seen a cleaner portaloo! Andy and Loraine really care about their guests and it shows. We can’t wait to come back!

No me gustó There is nothing to dislike. A shower would be excellent but everything else outweighs that so much that we really didn’t care.

Me gustó Restaurant was good. Toilets and showers modern and extremely clean. Big area for children to play. Site well kept and pleasing to the eye with plants and flowers.

No me gustó Pitch extremely difficult to get to and had to remove caravan to manoeuvre around site with narrow lanes and tight corners. We are not in a big caravan. We would stay again with an easier pitch. Seasonal residents allowed dogs to wonder freely onto our pitch to wee and poo, climb up our car and bark at our dog.

Me gustó Indoor heated pool, private pitches, good restaurant/bar, clean toilet blocks, plenty of kids activities.

Me gustó We’ve been before abc really like this site as it’s so good for the kids. Friendly staff and plenty to do.

Me gustó The swimming pool was outstanding and so much fun for children. The toilets were very clean, nice park

No me gustó Pool doesn’t open until 12, pitches awkward to get onto. Snack bar service extremely slow

Me gustó Good play park, very clean toilets, close to amenities

No me gustó Bar closed on Monday. Can hear the trains through the night. No laundry facilities. Shop very minimal.

Me gustó Beautiful location, peaceful, very clean modern toilets and showers.

No me gustó Small pitches, not easy to get touring caravan on. Restaurant not open on a Wednesday and unfortunately that is the night we stayed.

Me gustó The amazing family welcome made this place. Nothing was too much trouble. Straight away learnt the kids names and welcomed them into everything. So accommodating and they wanted to please all the time. Pools were lovely and clean and there was a real community feel about the place. We look forward to visiting again. Thank you so much 😊

Me gustó Nice site, clean pools, plenty of things for kids to do. Fresh preordered bread in the morning. Restaurant on site and snack bar. Park, pool and clubhouse for kids as well as basket ball and mini golf.

No me gustó Shop very limited, mostly just beer and wine. WiFi poor unless at reception / bar area.

No me gustó The owner was so rude and unhelpful, he made us feel uncomfortable from the start. We were put on a pitch but we’re over 100m from electric so asked if we could move 50m or borrow an extension. We were moved to a different “pitch”, a dark, damp uneven spot with lots of old wires and broken, hard plastic pipes sticking out. Despite us trying to put rocks over them our toddler still fell and injured himself on one. We went down to the, almost dead, bistro to book a table at 18.15 (opens at 18.00) but when he asked if we had reserved at 18.00 when they opened and we said no, he told us that we couldn’t book as we were too late and told us it was full. We said we would just get a drink from the bar while we made a plan but he told us “no!” Unfortunately, the swimming pool was also not useable and the park was not safe. Overall, extremely disappointing and had a sad feel. It was the number one regret of our trip.

Del administrador: U stond op nog geen 10 meter van het elektrapunt. U vroeg omdat u kabel niet lang genoeg was om een andere plaats die we u ook gegeven hebben zodat u daar wel de kabel kon gebruiken. Waarom u dus deze afstanden vermeld is ons een raadsel. U heeft kunnen zien dat de bistro volgeboekt was en we ook duidelijk aangeven op tijd een tafel te bestellen. Helaas was het niet meer mogelijk om bij ons te eten.

Me gustó Spacious pitch, very clean in all areas. Lighting perfect. Beautiful farm shop. Very helpful and relaxed management. Excellently clean and modern bathroom facilities and plenty of them. Good kitchen area with loads of indoor seating. Everyone seemed happy and relaxed. Only 5 mins from amenities.
