Me gustó Lovely quiet site. Well maintained with excellent facilities.
10 minute drive into Newquay which was very nice with some good restaurants and bars.

No me gustó TV reception is poor but in fairness, that is mentioned in the site details but it would deter us from staying more than a couple of nights.

Me gustó Beautiful maintained site, staff really friendly and full of knowledge. Facilities really clean and WiFi was great. Would recommend this site.

Before we go on to discuss the points you've raised, let us make one thing clear we certainly do not want guests like you staying on our park. Rude, aggressive behaviour right from the get go will not be tolerated!

You were clearly in a 'bad mood' when you arrived as you explained to us that you had just left a very poor site, your vehicle had broken down and that you had to wait a long time for a recovery vehicle.

You arrived the park at 5pm......the sun had moved around by then. If you had arrived at 12pm as you were entitled to you would have enjoyed lovely sunshine. The following day we witnessed yourself and your wife sunbathing on your sun lounges, therefore indicating that you indeed had a sunny pitch.

As for the 'cramped' pitches......that is your opinion, however this is in contrast to the 9.7/10 average score that we have received from 335 reviews and we do not feel the need to act on this.

We are very proud and humbled by the 9.8/10 average score from Pitchup and do not take this for granted (AT ALL) but we do feel that cases like this need to be addressed accordingly.

Me gustó Everything about this site was lovely, the welcome and helpfulness of the owners, the clean and modern facilities and the location. Small site with pitches well placed with space between units.

Me gustó A little peaceful haven so close to a beautiful sandy beach. A small site but with lovely amenities, not known a shower unit that large on a site before! Great little shop for the necessities like wine, ice cream and bacon! Even had doggy ice cream for the pups. A small pub on site, but only open when demand allows so we missed this. The hosts are 100% perfect and help in every way possible - they did everything to make our stay wonderful. A 15 minute walk down the lanes and through some woodland gives you the most luscious sandy dog-friendly beach. Even when tide was in we could discover the opposite side, making the most precious memories. The dogs absolutely loved it! Really good free wi fi on site too. Hosts even offer a shuttle to New Quay down the road for a tiny £1 donation and offer TV dongles to help you get signal!
