Me gustó Lovely site with beautiful views of the hills. Second time we have been here with our boys and dog. Will definitely be back again. They have an enclosed dog area where the dogs can get off the lead and run about. The swimming pool is great also at a great price.

Me gustó The pods were clean and comfortable
There are no toilets inside the pods so use of common bathroom and toilets
They were very clean and well maintained .
There is a small itdoor play area and indoor play area for kids.

No me gustó The pods had no cutlery so have to carry all the cooking equipment along with us .
The swimming pool and cafe was closed during our stay as we booked at the end of the march

Thank you also for your feedback regarding the pod equipment. As our pods are self-catering accommodation, guests do need to bring their own cooking utensils and cutlery, but we appreciate that clearer information on this can be helpful when preparing for a stay.

We’re sorry the swimming pool and café were closed during your visit; as these operate seasonally, they were not yet open at the time of your March stay. We hope this didn’t impact your enjoyment too much and that we’ll have the opportunity to welcome you back when all facilities are open.

No me gustó The brown wooden shower block you can’t regulate the heat it was to hot and came on for only a few seconds at a time

Me gustó Nice large pitches , we had the fully serviced tyre which was perfect.

Nice Clubhouse with a great choice of drinks, food very nice also.

All the staff throughout the site were nice and friendly, will definitely be back again this season.

Me gustó The surrounding views are beautiful.

No me gustó 2 days before arrival we were called by the site and informed the the site pub/restaurant wouldn't be selling food and the swimming pool would be closed. On arrival we were also told that the site shop wasn't well stocked as it was out of season.. my question is ... WHY continue to take bookings and people's money if none of the services advertised are provided? Also, the noise from the site pub was awful. The music was far too loud, we could hardly hear our own tv in our caravan. There was also 2 young families side by side in caravans slightly over from us. Their music was full on loud, and the shouting and swearing coming from their vans was terrible, very anti social. Not once were these families told to turn the noise down, and to have some consideration for the other residents. Myself and my husband (Who are not pensioners btw) were really looking forward to a nice relaxing wkend away but unfortunately that's not what we had. Very very disappointed with our stay at Campsie Glen. Will we be back..NO, Will we recommend to others... DEFINITELY NOT.

We do pre-arrival calls to remind guests of what amenities are open before they arrive. The information you were given is advertised on the website at all times.
I am sorry your weekend was disturbed by other guests. We do have an onsite warden whose number is on your guest information who could have dealt with this quite quickly had he been made aware.
