Non-electric grass tent pitch
Liked Warm welcome and friendly staff who were more than accommodating when we had a dilemma, must have been the wettest weekend on record and our tent had a leak. We were assisted by the staff and ensured we could be dry for the 2nd night

Great stay, weather wasn’t the best we would stay again
Branwen shepherd's hut (hot tub)
Liked Beautiful location, friendly and helpful staff. The Hot tub was ready when we arrived and hot. View from accommodation was great.
Disliked We stopped in the shepherd hut branwen. This was great apart from dog hairs on throw on the bed.

Apologies for the dog hairs found on the throw, all 3 huts are dog friendly but this does not excuse the hair - we will strive to make sure this does not happen again.

Liked Great sized pitches for a motorhome , on hardstanding with electric and clean and waste water.
Showers and toilet block spacious clean and tidy .
Friendly staff .
Ideal site for bala lake .
Disliked Road noise may put some people off if you have a pitch that is that side .
Wifi has to be payed for extra.
