What customers say
Scenic, tranquil spot with big pitches & helpful staff. Clean loos/showers, handy shop/cafe. Great for exploring. Can get noisy when busy, some prefer main loos to portaloos.

Great campsite, will be back
Open Field non-electric grass tent or motorhome pitch
Liked Great campsite, pretty surroundings. Well stocked campsite shop and cafe. Handy loo and water tap in the field we were in.
Disliked Dogs not on the lead despite there being a ‘dogs must be kept on a lead at all times’ rule

Needs more facilities.
Open Field non-electric grass tent or motorhome pitch
Liked Nice area and plenty of space to set up .
Disliked Site caters for large groups of kids, which are set up in areas well away from the rest of the site, which is great. However, these groups really should have their own toilet/shower facilities, both for convenience of other site users and probably for safeguarding of the kids as well. Certainly needs more or bigger toilet and shower blocks. We were out of main season and the facilities weren't big enough then. Must be queuing in high season.

Better than liked I loved all…
Main non-electric grass tent or motorhome pitch
Liked Better than liked I loved all of it, we booked last minute and we only stayed for a day but what a day. It was exactly what I wanted, park up under the trees, chilled out, napped, cooked food, walked dogs. Excellent and will be back
Disliked That I couldn’t stay longer….. pesky job

This was my second visit this year and I’ve got one more booked.
Open Field non-electric grass tent or motorhome pitch
Liked Great location, super friendly staff, excellent facilities. Very dog friendly. It’s central to Swanage, Studlands and Corfe so plenty of great beaches, pubs, food and shopping options are on your doorstep. It’s not a regimented site and so it feels really chilled.
Disliked Mossies but that’s the price of camping anywhere.

Liked It was a beautiful campsite and it was good to see they are planting more trees in it. Also, despite being fully booked it didn't feel over packed.
