What customers say
Great vibe! Clean loos, showers, kitchen. Hosts super friendly & helpful. Ideal spot for Chester. Spacious spots, pretty pond, communal fire pit. Kids loved it. Minor track/parking niggles, but overall brilliant – guests keen to come back!

Perfect peaceful site with lovely hosts
Wren bell tent
Liked We stayed in a glsmping tent which was clean and comfortable. Hosts went out their way to check in and ensure we were ok and they were very friendly. Showers and toilets were clean. The pub on site was an added bonus and was open on the Saturday. Lovely peaceful site within very close proximity to Chester.
Disliked Shower temp was hit and miss according to others in my party but I was lucky and had a lovely hot shower

Little Owl bell tent
Liked This was my first time camping, didn't fancy a tent so went for the wigwam, really nice, plenty of room and bed surprisingly quite comfy, met the host very welcoming, location really good if you want to drive out, but if you want to stay on site very calming nice settings and amenities well enough.

You will love it here. Amazing place and friendly hosts.
Non-electric grass tent pitch
Liked Lovely location. The camp site is great with great facilities. The log cabin was a great addition too. And the fire pit area was lovely and we made use of that too.
Disliked If I have to pick a negative it’s that you can’t park near your tent. So whenever we needed to get some bits out the cars. It was a walk to the car park.

A fabulous Family Campsite that ensures a great experience
Non-electric grass tent pitch
Liked Fabulous large pitches with great spaces in-between that has been marked out when you arrive. Clean toilets, showers and kitchen area. All are well lit. The owners walk around regular talking with everyone. The bar area was fantastic when it opened on the Sunday of Bank, and there was plenty of local people joining in too. I forgot my pillow and was found one from their own house to save me heading out. A great find and felt safe at all times.
Disliked It states clearly on the website that the site is on the air path of the airport, the early mornings can be disturbing but I am a light sleeper. I would have like a separate tap near/outside the toilets for washing my portable toilet, as always had one on other sites.
