Liked: Loads of space to pitch, electric hook up and water close by. Fridge and freezer available for use, raw dog food available to be delivered to site. Secure field and walks for the dogs. Plenty of activities for the dogs with a lovely cafe on site for us humans ( and it's dog friendly). Loads of animals on site, llama, alpaca, goats, sheep, ducks, geese. Lovely town close by. Very central, a steady drive to the coast and gorgeous beaches.

Liked: Lovely spacious pitches, friendly and welcoming. Loved all the dog friendly activities. Enclosed field for dog walking/ playing. Cafe on site. Quite campsite not full of screaming children.

Disliked: Toilet and showers abit basic but understandable for size of site. As a couple once set up campervan we had not transport to travel around. Closest town/ village is 2 miles walk through fields, which unfortunately due to bad weather wasn't viable.

Not a bad place to stay but holes all around the pitch was annoying.

Liked: Location wasn’t bad. 10 minute drive from some super markets.

Disliked: Small holes all around the pitch. Expensive for a standard site. Toilets were ok but the shower was open air which allowed for a lot of bugs, could have done with a clean

Liked: Clean shower and toilet facilities. Lots of activities for dogs on site. Swimming and llama walks, sheep ans goats on site. Cafe with breakfast and snack items available with plants such as strawberries etc too! Would be lovely to see more food communal areas for bbqs etc but overall lovely and peaceful! Loved Bill the goat my favourite part

Liked: Absolutely loved our stay at walnut tree meadow. So relaxing with great countryside walks with the dogs. Throughly enjoyed and will definitely be back. Great little cafe onsite for coffee and cake treat.

Liked: Flexible pitch sizes, plenty of space in the field, really lovely helpful owners. Good clean facilities. Absolute heaven for the dogs, especially the exercise field (free to use) and local walks. Wymondham is very pretty too.

Flick through the history books… the two towers of the Benedictine Wymondham Abbey (five minutes' drive) aren’t hard to spot from afar – and there’s fab architecture inside too. For other trips back to times past, you could travel along the Mid Norfolk Railway (five minutes) or nosy around Norwich (20 minutes) to look at the cathedral, castle, market and Bridewell Museum. For activities that will take you to the trees, Thetford Forest Park (35 minutes) is all about those peaceful forest walks and picnics by the river – or, for those more adventurous types, Go Ape Thetford (40 minutes) will give you a birds’ eye view of the forest from the obstacle course and zipwires in the treetops. Whether you’re a big kid or you’ve got ones of your own, there are plenty more family-friendly activities around these parts. Perhaps a zoo day at Banham Zoo (25 minutes) or catching a show at the Norfolk Showground (15 minutes)? Admission

Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
At least one of the party members must be aged 18 or over.

Safety

Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.

Changes to your holiday

Bookings cannot be amended within 14 day(s) of arrival.

General

Bookings must not be for more than 14 consecutive nights.

Dogs

Dogs must be kept on leashes and supervised at all times.

Safety

Firearms are not permitted.
Fires, barbecues and/or firepits will not be permitted in dry, windy and/or hot weather conditions.

In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.

Arrivals and departures

Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.

Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and trunks must be closed quietly.

Occupancy

Single-sex bookings of 6 or more people (excluding couples) are not permitted via Pitchup.com.

The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behavior is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
