Definitely a great site
Electric hardstanding touring pitch
Liked Campsite and setting absolutely beautiful beer gardens lovely staff very friendly and helpful really enjoyed our stay nice little find to be honest
Plenty of walks and nice pubs off site dogs loved it too
Pitch is flat and clean and plenty to look around on site
Disliked For the amount of pitches there are only 2 showers and 3 toilets which did cause queues and toilet rolls ran out quickly so bring your own. The owners did say they are looking to increase and improve this as it’s such a great site it’s the only thing that lets it down but if you plan ahead and expect this the site is a must visit and if this is resolved then the site owners would have nailed a absolutely fantastic site
Definitely recommend

Setting was lovely…
Electric hardstanding touring pitch
Liked Setting was lovely
Disliked Toilets were filthy. Campsite was chaotic and expensive, people were clearly there to drink and not respect others. There was no policing of the noise. People were driving through the site throughout the night, shouting and swearing throughout the night, revving a motorcycle at 1am. It was a loud site with no noise control, and the toilets needed a good clean. No WiFi

From the manager: Sorry to hear this.we take pride in our clean toilet block. This weekend we had a couple of paddle borders came in off the river and did make a mess, which a member of the public bought it to my attention and I was onto it.There is a mop and cleaning materials for them to clean up after themselves.
Then a group in the lodges decided to start a sing song, which I was only made aware of late by way of a message and I was asleep.
We do have a noise policy, which I do tell people, there is a site rules board and it is on our website with Pitchup.
I do apologise.I was about until 11 and it was quite and peaceful.
We do take pride in our usually peaceful site, unfortunately there is now and again one that has to spoil it.
We do have a lot of repeat business, has a lovely quite site.

Lodge (no pets, double)
Liked Beautifull campsite very tranquil and relaxed which we was looking for, to have a little time out. The bar and cafe was a plus so didn’t need to go too far to enjoy a cold drink.
The owners and hospitality was amazing both interacted and enjoyed company with us. I can say there was nothing we didn’t enjoy will definitely be going back.
Thank you so much Tasha and chris

Liked It has nice non electric pitches by the river.
Disliked The place for electric hook ups is basically a carpark behind the cafe. We booked and paid, but didn't stay as we needed ehu.

Electric hardstanding touring pitch
Liked We chose Brook House Farm as a perfect location to take our four months old son and labrador for a night away in the van. We weren't disappointed. We were able to park right down by the river! Enjoying a peaceful evening watching the birds along the riverbank.Location and the surrounding views were stunning. Due to the quietness of the site we had full privacy in the area we parked our van. The facilities were fab with clean toilet and shower rooms. The food and bar area were lovely and we enjoyed a drink there in the evening. Staff and owner were very friendly and welcoming. Thank you for a lovely first camping experience for our little boy.
Disliked Nothing.

Electric hardstanding touring pitch
Liked Lovely place, such a lovely setting,on site potting shed was a big hit with us good food and drink at very good price, nice clean showers and toilets, good level ground for the awning, gates closed at night for a security ,bins emptying was run very good with recycling ,would definitely stay again if we was up that way the hole site is run by a lovely man and lady with extra staff when needed, some nice plants on sale with a very interesting shop on site selling all sorts of products, nick necks etc in all we had a lovely stay , did not see them when we laft to thank them as it was before 8am ,the is 3 or 4 on site regularly caravans with a good mix of interesting people staying that meet up so the site is always running but still nice and quiet, the potting shed is open in the day for passing trade people stopping off for tea and lovely cakes or lunch time snacks, the chap that owns it never stops, he is away pottering about fixing or painting stuff a man that clearly knows how to run and keep on top of a well run site .all the best love dot ,Steve and ted the dog .
Disliked WiFi is a bit slow but that's not a problem as everything else was spot on .

Fabulous stay
Non-electric grass tent or trailer tent pitch (adults only)
Liked It’s was a very quiet campsite when we were there as it was midweek. Beautifully maintained and very pretty garden. Right by the river and fishing pond. We are walking the Severn so perfect position. The owner was so helpful and friendly. There are 2 shower rooms and both were very clean.
