What customers say
Great Peak District spot with awesome views & walks. Friendly owners, spotless facilities (modern showers!), and a chilled vibe. Food trucks are a hit! Can get busy/noisy, but lots of space & handy location. They're always making it better.

Non-electric grass tent or trailer tent pitch
Liked Changed a lot since last visited. New toilets are nice and closer to the pitches. The food trucks are a great new addition. Plenty of space across multiple fields. Location is very close to Monyash. And loved all the walking trails on the doorstep.

Non-electric grass tent or trailer tent pitch
Liked lovely campsite within a beautiful area, shower and toilet facilities very good. good range of food options.
Very clean site with rubbish bin for general waste kept out of the way by reception.
Didn't use the onsite shop however numbers to call are around the site if you did want anything.
Disliked We had a group of men who decided to stay up talking until 2am despite the 11pm quiet time.
We paid for WiFi but couldn't get any signal at the bottom of the field we were pitched up in but not too much of an issue for us.
despite the noise problem we would definitely visit again as you can't help people selfish behaviour.

Liked Me and my 2 boys loved it. Hired a fire pit and braught a bag of wood we stayed up till early hours just talking and watching the fire, the boys enjoyed the rope swings and loved the views, toilet and shower block and kitchen was really nice and smart muddy floor that’s to be expected tho ☺️

Excellent site with good facilities.
Non-electric grass touring pitch
Liked Lovely location with fantastic views and lots of space when we visited with our campervan. The facilities are top notch and clean. Also has a lovely kitchen area with a coffee machine, microwave, fridge and freezer.
Disliked Unfortunately we picked a bad time to stay as multiple groups of school run outdoor adventure type experiences stayed at the same time. On the whole they were very well behaved but very noisy with the school staff not really monitoring them.
