What customers say
Spacious campsite with stunning views, direct Lathkill Dale access. Friendly owners, clean new facilities. Relaxed vibe, good pitch choice, on-site food. Busy weekends can be crowded/noisy, occasional water pressure issues. Overall, great experience, guests want to return.

Could be good.
Non-electric gravel and hardstanding touring pitch
Liked Location, stunning views, facilities were new and could be excellent but being abused by some leaving them dirty. Too many people and not enough facilities
Disliked Pop up bar seemed to be a magnet for people in cars in the evening Cars were in and out some at far too high a speed for the site and in doing so kicked up a load of dust from the access road which blew across all our pitches. Chemical disposal needs upgrading, it was gross, pipe apparently blocked with effluent when opened. One bin at entrance which again caused people camping in the fields to use their car to deposit rubbish

Non-electric grass tent or trailer tent pitch
Liked Facilities, big site, unrestricted pitches, location, dark skies, cleanliness
Disliked Noise. Very very noisy. Quiet time is from 11am and it finally went quiet by 3am. Not just people with their music low and chatting either it was like camping at a festival with the music at times. Didn’t sleep a wink. Left after one night because of this sadly. Time and a place for that volume…
