Liked Friendly welcome, great pitch by a stream & lovely walks with the dog. Bonus was the pub virtually on the site which did good food & welcomed dogs in the bar area or outside. Facilities were very clean.
Disliked Although the facilities were clean they were a bit dated & going to the toilet (in the ladies) was a bit of a squeeze but I know these things are expensive to upgrade & cleanliness is the most important.

Liked Loved the private facilities with our pitch & the cows in the field next to us. Sharon made us very welcome & we enjoyed the walk to the woods via the bridleway. Facilities were lovely & clean & it was a treat to be able to leave our toiletries in there. Great sunsets from the pitch too.

Liked A really lovely small campsite with a brook running through at the bottom of the field.
Bathroom facilities were excellent, clean with plenty of hot water.
Alas we had the worst weather on our main day there but it just meant we properly relaxed & read books.
Due to the unprecedented weather, we had to be towed out as the ground was waterlogged. However, this couldn’t be helped & the owners were so helpful & friendly, it sort of made it part of the short break, especially when I got covered in mud. The owners even apologised for the weather but there was nothing to apologise for as it can’t be controlled.
We will be back but hopefully won’t require towing out next time.
There’s no wifi but that’s a bonus for us!

Liked Loved this site, small but perfectly formed. Lovely pitch overlooking the headland with sea views either side of it. Perfect walk into Manorbier & the beach, we only had beers at the pub but they went down well. Caught the bus from the bottom of the owner’s meadow to Tenby. Facilities were small but exceptionally clean & the shower was lovely & hot. This is a small campsite with just 10 pitches & so only has one toilet, shower & sink but that was never an issue for us. Unlike some the missile firing didn’t bother us & we loved seeing the drone return & parachute in. We’d definitely stay here again.

Liked Fantastic sea views from the pitch. Super clean facilities, lovely friendly guy cleaning them who took pride in his work. Everyone working there was very friendly. Lovely walks, turning right is a nice fairly easy walk but turning left gives you a more challenging walk, well it challenged us! If you’re lucky you’ll get a visit from the badger 🦡 at 3am like we did 😂
Disliked Quite a walk before we found somewhere to have a coffee but the stunning scenery more than made up for it.

Liked Fantastic facilities. Toilets & showers regularly cleaned. Lovely hot water. Very friendly staff. Good flat pitches, plenty of room for the campervan & awning. Loved the 4 mile walk despite the stinging nettles! Recommend the bird of prey centre in Helmsley, a really good day out & fabulous to watch them fly.

Liked Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and their English was excellent. Toilet facilities the cleanest we found during our visit to France and lots of lovely hot water.
Disliked Building work going on which we didn’t know about on booking. No longer attached to the Château and so not able to see the house and swimming pool with the tower, pity this wasn’t mentioned on the website.
