Liked Flat pitches Nice walk away to the beaches

Disliked Ques for the showers toilets and to do the washing up I no it’s peak season but first time had to que. Right next to a water tap so no privacy and was also used as a cycle path for the kids on bikes not the biggest of pitches asked to move but was fully booked so no such luck. Could do with a baby changing unit in the men’s toilets,not just the females but if using in the female toilets the poor person using the toilet in front will not be able to get out. The old toilet block I wouldn’t take my toddler in not the best kept.

From the manager: Unfortunately we were unable to move you to the pitch in the corner next door as it had been booked specifically last year for a 4 week stay I'm afraid, and we did explain this to you when you arrived. Our 6 grass touring pitches are 10.5m by 8m which guests say is plenty of room for a caravan, awning, car and outside seating area. There are also spaces close by where cars can be parked if guests would like more room on the pitch. We have an improvement plan for the park having taken over just last year, and plans for 2019 include a family changing room with disabled facilities, upgraded washing up and laundry amenity block and complete renovation of our second shower block, which whilst it has been described as 'vintage' is cleaned regularly. I will say though that we have more than double the number of showers and toilets that the AA recommend for our sized park. We do look at all reviews to see what changes can be made, and whilst the water tap is centrally located for the convenience of all 6 touring pitches, we will look at the practicalities of moving it if other guests have a similar problem. I am sorry our holiday park was not to your liking.
