Liked Peaceful woodland setting.

Disliked Toilet and showers, Very tired. Ladies only 2 loos and 3 showers. Two of the showers are just cubicles opening into the toilet block with nowhere to undress and hang clothes. No hand drying facilities, just a small shared hand towel. There was an additional family bathroom but no functioning light, struggled to see how to operate the electric shower in low light. You can’t park your car next to your caravan/tent. Not sure the reasoning behind this since campers can come and go freely. Guests staying on the site didn’t respect other guests privacy, walking across pitches …sometimes brushing under the caravan window. Would be nice to see a few notices to remind guests of others privacy. The site is currently up for sale, and as great potential for anyone with the cash !!

Liked Well kept site. Extremely friendly staff. Immaculate facilities. We only used the site as a stop over on route, but would return.

Liked We had a fabulous time. We where very fortunate with the weather which obviously made our stay more enjoyable. We where staying in four units in the Rally field. The pitches where very generous in size. No problems with electric usage. Lovely views over the field towards the church, very quintessential English. Staff all very pleasant no issues whatsoever. Site very well maintained. Even as a group of adults we had so much fun checking out the animals. Would definitely stay again.

Disliked A shower block would of been an asset, but we where aware before our trip. This is reflected in the price of your stay, excellent value for money. Personally not a dislike but some may have had a problem, there was a lawnmower race event on in the same field so if we had been looking for peace and quiet, think it would of been nice to have been made aware of this when booking....so make sure you double check when booking. Again this wasn’t a problem for us it actually added to our enjoyment.
