Liked Nothing to like...

Disliked Booked in for 3 night's on the day of arrival i called the Campsite to make a enquiry if it was ok to bring my Cat's as they are on holiday with me. I was told that they were a " not cat friendly site " I mentioned that there was No mention of this in the terms and conditions online. I said it would be impossible for me to continue with with my booking. I asked for a Refund and i expected to pay a nominal amount out of my booking due to cancellation. One message was sent to me saying that they were able to Refund me. Next day i recieved a message saying I wouldn't be receiving a Refund as in the terms and conditions mention No Cat's?? Well i had read them thoroughly and there was No mention of No Cat's. Ridiculous.
