From the manager: Dear Melanie, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are delighted that you enjoyed our location, but we are sorry that your visit did not meet your expectations. We take your comments regarding the cleanliness of the toilets seriously and will look into them with the relevant teams. We are aware that the cleanliness of the toilets is an important part of a pleasant stay. As for the barrier, it is important to provide the correct number plate upon arrival; otherwise, it will not operate correctly. Reception is on hand to assist you with any queries or malfunctions. We’ll be happy to look into the problem and try to resolve it as quickly as possible. There’s also a bell at each barrier which you can ring in the event of any problems or malfunctions. The barrier is closed between 11 pm and 6 am to ensure peace and quiet at night, when driving within the campsite is prohibited. In this case, you can leave your car in the designated car park nearby and re-enter in the morning. We also understand your concerns regarding the seawater swimming pool and the value for money. As the campsite is close to the sea, the pool water is seawater and is treated accordingly. However, we realise that not all guests are happy with this arrangement.
